摘要: Disclosed is a process for producing polyurethane boots. The method includes mixing organic polyisocyanates with a combination of polyols, a chain extender, a blowing agent, a catalyst, and optionally other auxiliaries and/or additives. The resulting reaction mixture is introduced, in only one injection, into a mold including a sole and an upper of the mold and allowed to react to form a polyurethane boot. At least one catalyst including a tertiary amine and sebacic acid is employed in a molar ratio of 1:0.19 to 0.27.

摘要: Laser-markable foamed pellets contain a composition (MI), containing a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE-1) and a color component as component (c1) selected from laser marking additives. A process can be used for producing said laser-markable foamed pellets. The laser-markable foamed pellets according to the present invention can be used for preparing a laser-markable molded body. A process for preparing a laser-markable molded body involves providing and fusing the laser-markable foal led pellets.

摘要: A composite material contains a nonwoven layer (i) which contains fibers formed from a first thermoplastic elastomer having meshes with a mesh size in the range from 10 to 100 μm, and a membrane layer (ii) which contains a second thermoplastic elastomer and having a layer thickness of less than 30 μm. The membrane is either pore-free (ii.1) or is porous and has pores with an average pore diameter of less than 2000 nm (ii.2). The membrane (ii) is at least partially in direct contact with the fibers of the nonwoven layer (i) and covers the mesh openings in the nonwoven layer (i) at least partially. The fibers of the first nonwoven layer (i) and the membrane (ii) in the contact area are at least partly joined to one another in an interlocking manner.
