    Abstract: A light-emitting substrate and a display device are provided. The light-emitting substrate includes a base substrate, a reflective layer, at least one pad, a light-emitting element and a connecting portion. The reflective layer includes an opening with a maximum size H1 in a first direction; the light-emitting element includes a first electrode and a second electrode arranged at intervals in a second direction, and a maximum size of the first electrode or the second electrode in the first direction is a first size K1; the connecting portion includes an edge radian region with a maximum size M in the first direction; the at least one pad includes a first pad, the first pad includes a first size portion, a minimum distance between the first size portion and the opening in the first direction is a second size K2 which satisfies: K2≤0.5H1−0.5(K1+2M), and 50 μm≤H1−2K2−K1≤100 μm.

    Abstract: A light emitting module includes: a light emitting element array provided on a first substrate, including a plurality of light emitting elements arranged in an array in a row direction and a column direction, each of which includes a first electrode and a second electrode, wherein a driving current of the light emitting element is greater than or equal to 1 mA; and a plurality of row driving chips and a plurality of column driving chips provided on the first substrate. At least one row driving chip and at least one column driving chip are spaced apart in the row direction and the column direction. At least one row driving chip and at least one column driving chip are respectively electrically connected to the first electrodes of at least one row of light emitting elements and the second electrodes of at least one column of light emitting elements.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a backlight module and a display device. The backlight module includes a substrate; a first circuit board and a second circuit board thereon, a gap portion is between the two circuit boards; a blocking member for blocking the gap portion; and an optical sheet on a side of the blocking member facing away from the substrate, wherein the blocking member includes a blocking portion, a space is provided between the blocking portion and the optical sheet, an orthographic projection of the blocking portion on the substrate covers that of the gap portion, and wherein the blocking portion includes a first inclined surface inclined with respect to the first circuit board and a second inclined surface inclined with respect to the second circuit board, and the two inclined surface converge in a direction toward a light exit side to reflect light incident thereon toward the light exit side.

    Abstract: The general inventive concepts provide a side-light type backlight unit. The side-light type backlight unit comprises a light guide plate and a light source located at the side of the light incident surface of the light guide plate. The light source comprises a circuit board which comprises a first region opposite to the light incident surface of the light guide plate and a second region adjacent to the first region. The first region and the second region are provided with LED lamps. By arranging LED lamps in both the first region and the second region of the circuit board of the side-light type backlight unit, the incident light of the side-light type backlight unit is increased, thereby improving the luminance of the side-light type backlight unit in 3D state. The disclosure further provides a display device comprising such a side-light type backlight unit.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a backlight module and a display device. The backlight module includes a plurality of first light sources and a diffusion plate. In a 3D display mode, the first light sources belong to different scanning areas, each of which corresponds to a display area. The backlight module further includes a barrier structure provided corresponding to the respective scanning areas and configured to prevent light emitted by first light sources in the scanning areas other than a current scanning area from entering into a display area corresponding to the current scanning area. In the backlight module of the present disclosure, the barrier structure is provided corresponding to each scanning area, which can prevent light emitted by first light sources in other scanning areas from entering into the display area corresponding to the current scanning area.
