    摘要: A touch screen and a pressure touch detection method thereof are disclosed and belong to a technical field of display. The touch screen includes a touch module including a plurality of sense electrodes and a plurality of touch electrodes, wherein the sense electrodes and the touch electrodes are respectively arranged in different layers. The touch screen has a display region and a non-display region, and at least one pressure sensor is arranged in the non-display region and includes a first electrode and a second electrode, the first electrode and the sense electrodes are arranged on a same layer, the second electrode and the touch electrodes are arranged on a same layer, and the pressure sensor detects a touch pressure according to a distance variation between the first electrode and the second electrode. The touch screen is applicable to a small-sized touch display apparatus.

The touch display drive method comprises inputting a display drive signal and a touch scanning signal to an electrode array While the display drive signal is being input, the touch scanning signal is input for touch scanning. Each touch scanning signal line for inputting the touch scanning signal generates a coupling signal for electrodes in the same column, and two coupling signals generated by two of touch scanning signal lines in the same column offset each other. The method solves problems with the display and touch control caused by insufficient time due to time-division driving.

The OLED display substrate has a base substrate and a display region, the display region includes: a plurality of first sub-regions arranged at intervals and second sub-regions located between the first sub-regions; at least one OLED light-emitting unit located in the first sub-regions; a plurality of optical sensing units located in the second sub-regions, and first drive electrode lines and first transmission electrode lines connected with the optical sensing units and intersecting with each other; wherein, the optical sensing unit includes a photosensitive sensor, and the photosensitive sensor is configured to generate an electric signal according to a light intensity change of a sensed touch point; and the first drive electrode line and the first transmission electrode line are configured to provide the electric signal to determine a position of the touch point.

    摘要: The present invention provides a display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a touch panel comprising the display substrate, and a display device. The display substrate comprises: a first substrate; a thin film transistor, a first electrode and a second electrode formed on one side of the first substrate; and a black matrix and a color filter layer formed on the other side of the first substrate, wherein at least one of the black matrix and the color filter layer is made of conductive material, a display electric field is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a touch-control electric field is formed between the first electrode and the black matrix and/or the color filter layer. The solution of the invention can improve accuracy of determination of location where touch occurs and display quality, and reduce thickness of the display substrate.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a shift register unit, a gate electrode drive circuit and a display apparatus, which relates to a technical field of display. The shift register unit includes an input reset module, a pull up module, a control module and a pull down module. By inputting a high level into the second signal input end of the input reset module in the touch scan to maintain the level at the pull up control node, the electrical leak effects at the pull up control node may be avoided efficiently. In this way, the defects of insufficient charging rate of the row pixels may be avoided and the dark lines or bad bright lines may be suppressed.

    摘要: An array substrate, a touch panel and a driving method thereof, and a display device are disclosed. The array substrate comprises a base substrate (1) which is formed with gate lines, data lines (8), first common electrodes (5) and second common electrodes (6) thereon, and the second common electrodes (6) comprise: transverse electrode groups (601) located in the same row and metal jumper wires (302) connecting two adjacent transverse electrode groups (601) in the same row; the first common electrodes (5) comprise longitudinal electrode groups (501), and switch circuits (701, 702) are provided between the first common electrodes (5) and the data lines (8). At the touch scanning phase, the conduction of the switch circuits (701, 702) renders the parallel connection between the first common electrodes (5) and the data lines (8), and then results in the reduction of the equivalent resistance of the first common electrodes (5), and the signal-to-noise ratio of the first common electrodes (5) is indirectly enhanced, thus the present invention achieves more accurate monitoring of voltage signals coupled by touch sensing electrodes and precise positioning of a touch point.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a touch screen and a driving method therefore. The touch screen embeds touch control electrodes in a display panel, the touch control electrodes includes touch control signal input electrodes and touch control signal output electrodes which are cross-insulated configured, the first common electrodes are divided into a plurality of areas at least along a direction of the data lines, each area of the first common electrodes corresponds to at least one row of pixel units; the areas of first common electrodes are insulated from each other and used as the touch control signal input electrodes. The touch screen according to the present disclosure divides the common electrodes into a plurality of areas along a direction of the data lines, and uses the areas as touch control signal input electrodes. The present disclosure uses a voltage disturbance generated by common electrodes used as driving electrodes to balance out a reduction of pixel voltage, thereby disturbance impact brought by a scan of the common electrodes is reduced and the quality of the picture is improved.
