    摘要: The present disclosure provides a touch electrode structure, a touch panel and a display device, which relate to the field of touch control technologies. First touch electrodes and second touch electrodes of touch electrode patterns of the touch electrode structure are insulated. Branch electrodes of the first touch electrode and branch electrodes of the second touch electrode are disposed in at least one of a first region defined by first main body electrodes of two first touch electrodes and a second region defined by second main body electrodes of two second touch electrodes, such that a mutual capacitance of the at least one region is greater. When a user's finger approaches the at least one region, an induction amount of the touch electrode pattern changes greatly, such that the detection circuit accurately determines a touch position of the user's finger based on the greater change in the induction amount, and the touch performance of the touch panel is improved.

    摘要: A metal mask, a display panel and a display device are proposed. The metal mask comprises an opening region and a peripheral region surrounding the opening region. The peripheral region is provided with a first groove, the first groove may surround the opening region. By arranging a first groove surrounding the opening region in the peripheral region, sagging of the metal mask during the fabrication of the display panel can be decreased effectively, and tension of the metal mask can be reduced, which improves the thickness uniformity of an inorganic encapsulation layer formed by using the metal mask, thereby achieving a higher production yield of the display panel.
