An anode layer, a functional layer and a cathode layer are provided above the substrate, and the functional layer is provided between the anode layer and the cathode layer. A transmission enhanced layer is further provided on the substrate. The transmission enhanced layer comprises a plurality of photonic crystal microstructures, so that light is refracted while transmitting through the transmission enhanced layer, so as to form light in different directions and thus to reduce an incident angle of light incident to the substrate. Therefore, the total reflection generated when light transmits through an interface between the substrate and the air is reduced, thereby improving luminous efficiency and reducing power loss.
