摘要: An array substrate and a fabrication method thereof, and a display device are provided. The array substrate comprises a lining substrate and an electrode pattern formed on the lining substrate, and the electrode pattern includes a plurality of strip-shaped electrodes. There are a plurality of strip-shaped protrusions on an upper surface of the lining substrate, and at least part of strip-shaped electrodes among the plurality of strip-shaped electrodes are formed on the strip-shaped protrusions one-to-one; and there is an included angle between an extending direction of the strip-shaped electrodes and an extending direction of the strip-shaped protrusions, and the included angle is configured so that a rubbing direction of an alignment film is along the extending direction of the strip-shaped protrusions.

摘要: The present invention provides an array substrate, a method for manufacturing the same, and a liquid crystal display panel. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array, each pixel unit comprising a reflection region and a transmission region, and for any pixel unit, the array substrate comprising a substrate; a thin film transistor provided on the substrate; and a reflection electrode and a first transparent electrode which are electrically connected with each other, the reflection electrode being located in the reflection region, and the first transparent electrode being located in the transmission region, wherein a first transparent insulation layer is provided between the reflection electrode and the first transparent electrode, and the reflection electrode is on a side of the first transparent insulation layer which is closer to the substrate.

摘要: The embodiments of the present invention disclose an array substrate, a method for manufacturing the same, and a display device. With the solutions of the embodiments, aperture rate is increased, and gate signal delay caused by increased connection resistance of gate line is alleviated. The array substrate of the present invention includes a thin film transistor; a substrate; a common electrode provided on the substrate; a gate line comprising a plurality of separate segments arranged to be spaced apart from each other and connected with each other through a bridge; and a common electrode line provided to be spaced apart from the gate line, the gate line and the common electrode line being in the same layer, wherein the common electrode line comprises a connection segment extending through a gap between separate segments to electrically connect with the common electrode directly.

In the display panel, a plurality of main spacers and a plurality of auxiliary spacers are disposed on a side of a first substrate close to a second substrate, the second substrate further includes a plurality of first lug bosses and a plurality of second lug bosses; an orthographic projection of the main spacers on the second substrate is at least partially overlapped with an orthographic projection of a corresponding first lug boss on the second substrate; an orthographic projection of the auxiliary spacers on the second substrate is away from an orthographic projection of a corresponding second lug boss on the second substrate by a preset distance; and the distance between each of the auxiliary spacers and the corresponding second lug boss is less than a height of the first lug bosses.

摘要: A pixel structure and a display device are provided. The pixel structure includes: a plurality of pixel units arranged in a matrix, each pixel unit including first to seventh subpixels arranged sequentially in a row direction, and the first subpixel, the second subpixel, the third subpixel and the fourth subpixel being different from one another in color. Each subpixel among the first to third subpixels has a same color as that of one subpixel among the fifth to the seventh pixels, respectively. The number of colors of the pixel structure becomes from original three to at least four, added subpixels are shared by pixels on both sides thereof, colors illustrated are more diversified by color modulation, and gamut of the display device is improved.
