The display substrate comprises a base substrate, and gate lines, data lines, a gate driving circuit and a source driving circuit on the base substrate, the gate lines and the data lines define pixel units, the pixel unit comprises a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode, the data lines are connected to the source driving circuit, the display substrate further comprising gate line connection wires on the base substrate, the gate lines are connected to the gate driving circuit through the gate line connection wires, the gate driving circuit and the source driving circuit are located at edge positions on the base substrate in an extending direction of the data lines, and they are opposite to each other. The widths of the bezel in the extending direction of the gate lines are reduced.

    摘要: Provided are a pixel circuit and driving method thereof, array substrate and display device. The pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a driving sub-circuit, a scanning sub-circuit, and a carrier releasing sub-circuit. The driving sub-circuit is connected to a first electrode of light-emitting element, and the driving sub-circuit is configured to store a driving voltage and control the magnitude of a current passing through light-emitting element according to the driving voltage; the scanning sub-circuit is connected to driving sub-circuit. The scanning sub-circuit is configured to update the driving voltage stored by driving sub-circuit during the effective period of first scanning signal; the carrier releasing sub-circuit is connected to a second electrode of light-emitting element, and provides a reverse bias voltage to the second electrode of light-emitting element during the effective period of second scanning signal, thereby delaying the decrease of light-emitting efficiency of light-emitting element along with the service time.

    摘要: An array structure and a method for manufacturing the same, an array substrate and a display device are provided, the array structure comprises signal input pads (3, 4) and a gate insulating layer (1), wherein the gate insulating layer (1) has grooves (P) in which the signal input pads (3, 4) are located. The grooves (P) function to accommodate the signal input pads (3, 4) for a test such as an array test and a cell test due to a position of the grooves (P) being lower than other layer structures. By means of the groove design, it is possible to decrease a difference of heights of the signal input pads and the display region, increase flatness of the display panel, further improve the uniformity of the aligning, improve the Mura defect caused by the aligning difference due to the height difference during the aligning process, and improve the product properties.
