    Abstract: The present disclosure includes devices, systems, and methods for reducing signal noise in endoscopic rotational imaging. Many embodiments include an elongate member that includes an impedance matching network disposed between a proximal imaging core and a distal imaging core. In many such embodiments, the elongate member may connect a controller at the proximal end and include a rotational transducer at the distal end. In various embodiments, the proximal and distal imaging cores may include a plurality of insulated conductors disposed within a shield (e.g., a shielded twisted pair (STP)). In various such embodiments, the insulated conductors may be utilized to communicate differential signals between the controller and the rotational imaging transducer. In some embodiments, the insulated conductors in the proximal imaging core may have a larger diameter than the insulated conductors in the distal imaging core.

    Abstract: A suture device includes a suturing body defining a circular track that extends around a periphery of the suturing body, the circular track including an open portion adapted to allow tissue to enter the open portion. A curved shuttle is disposed within the circular track, the curved shuttle including a pointed leading edge and adapted to hold a suture relative to the curved shuttle. In some cases, a curved pusher is disposed within the circular track and is adapted to push the curved shuttle around the circular track in a first direction around the circular track such that the pointed leading edge penetrates any tissue disposed within the open portion. In some cases, electromagnets may be used to move the curved shuttle relative to the suturing body.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to medical devices for facilitating introducing, removing, and/or exchanging an accessory and/or tool, such as a guidewire. In an embodiment, a catheter port for introducing an accessory may comprise a body comprising a proximal end, a distal end, a longitudinal axis extending therethrough, and a main channel extending along the longitudinal axis along a length of the body. The main channel may be substantially coaxial with a lumen of a catheter. An extension may extend from the body. The extension may comprise an accessory channel extending through the extension. The accessory channel may be in fluid communication with the main channel. The accessory channel may be configured to accept the accessory. A positive stop may be disposed along the accessory channel. The positive stop may be configured to abut a distal end of the accessory.
