摘要: The present invention provides a sheet-forming body containing a thiourethane bond-having compound and a thiol group-having compound, wherein, in an IR absorption spectrum thereof, the ratio of the peak intensity A of the absorption peak based on the carbonyl group in the thiourethane bond to the peak intensity B of the absorption peak based on the thiol group (A/B) is 20 or more and 250 or less. Using the sheet-forming body, rubber members, especially vulcanized rubber members can be strongly bonded, and the sheet-forming body and an adhesive sheet, which are excellent in handleability and workability, and a laminate produced by bonding rubber layers using the sheet-forming body are provided.

摘要: Provided is a rubber composition for a hose inner tube that can achieve excellent inner tube peeling resistance while having good rubber properties, even when cobalt compounds are not present or are contained in small amounts. To this end, a rubber composition for a hose inner tube of the present disclosure includes a rubber component A) containing acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, sulfur B), and a vulcanization accelerator C), and as optional components, further includes N-phenyl-N-(trichloromethylthio)benzenesulfonamide D), and a cobalt compound E). The total content of the sulfur B), the vulcanization accelerator C), and the N-phenyl-N-(trichloromethylthio)benzenesulfonamide D) is 4.1 parts by mass or more per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component A), and a mass ratio (B/C) of a content of the sulfur B) to a content of the vulcanization accelerator C) is 1.2 or more.

摘要: The present invention provides a composition obtained by blending a polythiol compound (A), an isocyanate group-containing compound (B) and a radical generator (C), wherein the polythiol compound (A) is at least one compound selected from an aliphatic polythiol and an aromatic polythiol each of which has a thiol group binding to a primary carbon atom and may contain a hetero atom. The present invention thus provides a composition capable of bonding a rubber member, particularly a vulcanized rubber member, strongly, readily and within a short time, an adhesive and an adhesive sheet using the composition, and a laminate produced by bonding a rubber layer using at least one of these adhesive composition and adhesive sheet.

摘要: The present invention provides a laminate obtained by arranging a composition to be in contact with a rubber, wherein the composition is prepared by blending a polythiol compound (A), an isocyanate group-containing compound (B) and a radical generator (C), and wherein the ratio of the total molar number of the isocyanate group contained in the isocyanate-containing compound (B) to the total molar number of the thiol group contained in the polythiol compound (A) (isocyanate group/thiol group) is from 0.2 to 0.78, and provides a method for producing the laminate. The present invention thus provides a laminate, in which the rubber layer is adhered using at least one of an adhesive or an adhesive sheet capable of strongly adhering a rubber member, especially a vulcanized rubber member, and provides a laminate adhering to a rubber article using at least one of a coating agent and a coating sheet.
