    摘要: A deformation structure has at least a first layer and a second layer, which are spaced apart from each other and displaceable relative to each other in the deformation direction or load direction. The first layer and the second layer have complementary protrusions and recesses, which are designed in such a way that the protrusions of the first layer can plunge into the recesses of the second layer and the protrusions of the second layer can plunge into the recesses of the first layer. The first layer and the second layer are connected to each other by deformable webs in such a way that, in the event of a high impulse in the deformation direction, the protrusions of the first layer plunge into the recesses of the second layer and the protrusions of the second layer plunge into the recesses of the first layer such that deformation of the deformation structure in the deformation direction occurs at a relatively low force level and, in the event of a low impulse in the deformation direction, the protrusions of the first layer hit the protrusions of the second layer such that further deformation of the deformation structure in the deformation direction occurs at a relatively high force level.

    摘要: A deformation device for a motor vehicle has two elements that can move together in the event of a collision and optionally locked. In a low-speed crash, the two centrifugal levers each swivel about their pivot axes such that the two rolling surfaces are in contact with one another and the two contact surfaces each rest against a corresponding receiving surface on the second element. In an accident situation representing a pedestrian, the two centrifugal levers each swivel about the pivot axes such that the two rolling surfaces are in contact with one another, while the first contact surface and the second contact surface are at a distance from the second element.

    摘要: A front end assembly for a motor vehicle has improved load absorption for forces acting on the front of the front end assembly. The front end assembly has at least one impact-absorbing crossbeam; at least one support beam which can be arranged vertically on the motor vehicle and towards the rear of the impact absorbing crossbeam, can be secured to a motor longitudinal support of the motor vehicle, and has at least one upper end portion that can be arranged at least partly above the motor longitudinal support. At least one support strut extends rearwards and downwards from the impact-absorbing crossbeam and via which the forces acting on the front of the impact-absorbing crossbeam can be partly transmitted to a front axle support of the motor vehicle. At least one deformation element can be arranged at least partly geodetically higher than the impact-absorbing crossbeam and in front of the upper end portion of the support beam at least partly on the front side, and is supported at least partly rearwards against the upper end portion of the support beam at least while deforming.
