    摘要: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel and a touch display device. The touch display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate arranged opposite to each other to form a cell. The second substrate includes a matrix common electrode. The touch display panel further includes a first signal transmission line arranged on the first substrate and a second signal transmission line arranged on the first substrate, and the second signal transmission line is intersected with the first signal transmission line; and a first spacer corresponding to the first signal transmission line and a second spacer corresponding to the second signal transmission line. The first spacer and the second spacer are configured to enable the first signal transmission line and the second signal transmission line to be electrically connected to the matrix common electrode when a corresponding touch region is in a touch state.

    摘要: An optical sensing type built in touch control screen panel and a display device are provided. The optical sensing type built in touch control screen panel includes an array substrate having a plurality of pixel units arranged in a matrix. The array substrate has touch control scanning lines between adjacent rows of the pixel units. The array substrate has touch control reading lines between adjacent columns of the pixel units. The array substrate has a photosensitive transistor and a touch control switch unit in a region defined by the touch control scanning lines and the touch control reading lines; the photosensitive transistor has a drain connected with the touch control switch unit, the touch control switch unit is connected with the touch control scanning line and the touch control reading line, respectively, so as to control ON/OFF between the drain of the photosensitive transistor and the touch control reading line.

    摘要: The invention discloses an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The array substrate includes a gate, an active layer, a source and a drain on a substrate, and a pixel electrode located above the drain and lapped with the drain, and a part of the pixel electrode lapped with the drain is a lapping part of the pixel electrode; the array substrate further includes a first insulation layer located below the pixel electrode and in contact with the drain, the first insulation layer extends along the edge of the lapping part towards a direction away from the lapping part, part of the drain to be in contact with the lapping part is exposed from the first insulation layer, and the plane where the upper surface of the first insulation layer is located is lower than the plane where the upper surface of the drain is located.

    摘要: An array substrate, a display panel and a display device are disclosed. The array substrate includes a base substrate and common electrode on the base substrate. The common electrode includes a plurality of sub-electrodes in an array, each being used for receiving a common voltage signal and a touch scan signal in a time-sharing manner. The array substrate further includes a common electrode wire corresponding to each sub-electrode. Each sub-electrode receives the common voltage signal through the common electrode wire, and the common electrode wire corresponding to each sub-electrode includes multiple sub-electrode wires, each being connected to the corresponding sub-electrode.
