    摘要: C2-C8-Alk-1-enes are polymerized by means of a Ziegler-Natta catalyst system in a reactor cascade comprising at least two reactors, a homo- or copolymer of C2-C8-alk-1-enes being prepared in a reactor RA, upstream of which one or more further reactors may be connected, the reaction mixture being discharged from RA and transferred to a subsequent reactor RB and the polymerization in RB and in the reactors which may be connected to RB being carried out in the presence of a liquid or dissolved regulator for regulating the catalyst activity, by a process in which the regulator is added to the reaction mixture after discharge from RA and before entry into RB, and an apparatus for polymerizing C2-C8-alk-1-enes by means of the novel process is described.

    摘要: Random propylene copolymers containing copolymerized C.sub.2 -C.sub.10 -alk-1-enes are obtainable by polymerization of propylene and C.sub.2 -C.sub.10 -alk-1-enes in the presence of a Ziegler-Natta catalyst system comprising a titanium-containing solid component a) comprising a compound of magnesium, a halogen, silica gel as support and a carboxylic ester as electron donor compound, and also, as cocatalysts, an aluminum compound b) and a further electron donor compound c), where propylene and the C.sub.2 -C.sub.10 -alk-1-enes are polymerized with one another at from 50.degree. to 100.degree. C. at pressures in the range from 15 to 40 bar and mean residence times of from 0.5 to 5 hours and the support used in the titanium-containing solid component is a silica gel which has a mean particle diameter of from 5 to 200 .mu.m, a mean particle diameter of the primary particles of from 1 to 10 .mu.m and voids or channels having a mean diameter of from 1 to 10 .mu.m, which voids or channels have a macroscopic proportion by volume based on the total particle in the range from 5 to 20%.

    摘要: Random copolymers of propylene with other 1-alkenes having up to carbon atoms, whose content of comonomers is in the range from 0.7 to 1.4% by weight if the only comonomer present in the propylene copolymers is ethylene, or whose content of comonomers is in the range from 0.7 to 3.0% by weight if at least one C4–C10-1-alkene is present as comonomer, and whose cold-xylene-soluble fraction is from 1.0 to 2.5% by weight if ethylene is present as a comonomer in the propylene copolymers, or whose cold-xylene-soluble fraction is from 0.75 to 2.0% by weight if the only comonomers present are C4–C10-1-alkenes, and a process for preparing the random copolymers of propylene is described, as is their use for producing films, fibers or moldings, and also the films, fibers and moldings themselves and biaxially stretched films made from random propylene copolymers of this type and processes for their production.
