The control chip generates the control signal to control operations of the power conversion circuit; and stops generating the control signal and enters into a shutdown status when any one of the switch elements is open-circuit and/or the DC output voltage is over-voltage, thereby protecting the load driving apparatus and/or the switch elements from damaging.
