摘要： A method of production of disposable diaper pants or disposable sanitary panty with openable and resealable side panels. A row of absorption bodies is applied on a continuous web of inner or outer cover sheet material, after which a continuous web of outer or inner cover sheet material is applied and secured to the web with absorption bodies at parts lying outside the absorption bodies to form a web of diaper pants blanks. First side panels having two parts connected by a detachable and resealable connection are secured to the diaper pants blanks at a side of a front or rear portion. Second separate side panels are secured to the side portions of the front or rear portions of the diaper pants blanks which to not have side panels. Individual diaper pants blanks with side panels are cut out, folded along a transverse axis in the crotch, and secured.

摘要： A method for producing pant-type absorbent articles, each article including a chassis structure having at least one elastic panel and an integrated absorbent core component, the method including a continuous pant-forming process including forming the chassis structure and incorporating the absorbent core component into the chassis structure. The at least one elastic panel is formed by a) separately producing a two-layer laminate having a first non-elastic fibrous nonwoven web and an elastic film, b) activating the two-layer laminate by incremental stretching in at least one activation direction to render the two-layer laminate elastically stretchable, c) stretching the activated two-layer laminate by 10-200% in the activation direction, d) introducing the two-layer laminate) in the pant-forming process, and e) laminating the elastic film of the stretched two-layer laminate to an elastic or nonwoven chassis component. An absorbent pant-type article produced in accordance with the method.

摘要： Absorbent garment such as a diaper and an incontinence guard, said garment has a first body panel, a second body panel and a crotch portion there between. The garment is provided with opposed laterally extending belt members attached to the waist portion of the first body panel and are adapted to be wrapped around the waist of the wearer of the garment and fastened together by a first fastener. The second body panel at its waist portion is provided with second fasteners adapted to be fastened to the belt members, in such a way that the garment will assume a pant-like shape. An elastic member extends in transverse direction along the waist portion of the first body panel and extends into at least a portion of each belt member.

The sheet has a first surface arranged to face the absorbent article and a second surface arranged to be facing away from the absorbent article. The wrapper has at least a portion that is stretchable in at least one direction and has a polymeric coating applied to at least the first or the second surface. The polymeric coating contains an odor control agent. The odor control agent has a first non-active state when the wrapper is in a non-stretched state and a second active state when the wrapper is in a stretched state.

摘要： An absorbent article, such as a diaper, a pants-type diaper, an incontinence protector or a pants-like sanitary napkin, having a front part, a rear part and an intermediate central part. The article includes an absorbent body enclosed between an inner, liquid-permeable sheet and a liquid-impermeable outer sheet, and fastener devices for releasably connecting side-portions of the front and rear parts. The fastener devices are made of a renewable material. The fastener devices are welded to at least one of the sheets of the article and the fastener devices and the sheets are made of a material having a glass transition temperature which lies between 50-60° C. and a melting point which lies between 140-180° C., preferably between 150-175° C.

摘要： A method for continuously producing absorbent garments includes forming a continuous multi-component production web; and cutting individual garments from the production web. The production web is formed by: a) feeding a first elastic web in a travelling direction; b) stretching the first elastic web by 35-250% in the travelling direction; c) intermittently laying down absorbent cores in an intermediate zone extending in a travelling direction of the production web; d) feeding a continuous web of liquid permeable material in the travelling direction and covering the absorbent cores with the continuous web of liquid permeable material; and e) bonding the first elastic web to the continuous web of liquid permeable material in a first lateral zone on a side of the intermediate zone of the production web. In addition, an absorbent garment has a continuous liquid permeable layer.
