    摘要: A keyboard device according to one embodiment includes: a box-shape body, comprising a first side-wall and a second side-wall arranged opposite to and is pivotably openable relative to the first side-wall; a support assembly, configured to be connected detachably to the first side-wall of the box-shape body such that the box-shape body is adapted to support the electronic apparatus; and a flexible membrane keyboard which is connected with an internal surface of the second side-wall of the box-shape body and switchable between an unfolded condition in which the flexible membrane keyboard functions as a keyboard of the electronic apparatus and a folded condition in which the flexible membrane keyboard is received within the box-shape body. The keyboard device of the embodiments of the disclosure may function as both a keyboard for the electronic device and a support, and is provided with a limited size so as to facilitate portability thereof.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a pixel arranging method. A repeating unit consists of a first structural unit and a second structural unit that are repeatedly arranged in the horizontal direction respectively, and are alternately arranged in the vertical direction; the first structural unit and the second structural unit respectively comprises seven sub-pixels, the seven sub pixels includes two sub-pixels of a first color, two sub-pixels of a second color, two sub-pixels of a third color and one sub-pixel of a fourth color; or two sub-pixels of the first color, one sub-pixel of the second color, two sub-pixels of the third color and two sub-pixels of the fourth color. The present disclosure also relates to a sub-pixel rendering method and an image display device. In case of limited manufacturing processes, the resolution can still be increased, while power consumption can be lowered.

    摘要: A ray detector is disclosed, which includes a ray conversion layer for converting a ray incident on the ray detector into visible light, a photoelectric conversion layer for receiving the visible light and converting it into a charge signal, a pixel array having a plurality of pixels for detecting the charge signal, and a substrate below the photoelectric conversion layer, at least for directly or indirectly carrying the photoelectric conversion layer. The photoelectric conversion layer is made from a two-dimensional semiconductor material. Due to the high carrier mobility of the two-dimensional semiconductor material, it is possible to enable the external signal processing system to detect the charge signal more easily, so that a ray source with low energy can be used for ray detection. Therefore, a ray detector with high sensitivity can be provided, which may reduce the usage cost and be advantageous to saving energy.
