摘要： A system includes an adapter, a member and a clip which includes jaws connected to one another such that the jaws are movable between insertion and initial deployed configurations. The member is releasably coupled to the clip and movably connected to the adapter. The member includes a connector at a distal end thereof releasably engages an opening extending through a first jaw such that a longitudinal movement of the member relative to the adapter moves the clip between the insertion configuration, the deployed configuration and toward a review configuration. The member retracts the clip proximally over the adapter so that the clip is forced open as the clip is retracted over the adapter freeing the clip from tissue. The connector includes a deformable portion deforming to release the member from the first jaw toward a final deployed configuration when a distal force exceeds a predetermined threshold value.

摘要： A system includes an adapter mounted over a distal end of an insertion device and an extending member. A clip mounted over the adapter includes jaws movable to separate from one another and, when the clip is moved off the adapter, to draw toward one another. The first member is releasably coupled to the clip, movably connected to the adapter and includes a clasp releasably coupling the clip to the first member via an engaging portion of one jaw to permit movement of the adapter relative to the clip while the first member remains coupled to the clip, enhancing visualization of the clip. The first member is operable to retract the clip proximally over the adapter so that the clip is forced open as the clip is retracted over the adapter freeing the clip from tissue on which it had been clipped.

摘要： A clipping system includes an adapter and a clip. The adapter is mounted over a distal end of an insertion device to a distal end and has a first annular groove formed in a distal face of the adapter. The clip has a body; a central body having a coupling portion and a ring; and jaws having outer arms coupled to the body at an outer arm proximal end and inner arms disposed radially inward of the outer arms and coupled to the ring at an inner arm proximal end. 摘要： In one aspect of the present disclosure, a tissue retraction system may include a first anchor, a second anchor, and an elongate coupling member extending between the first anchor and the second anchor. The system also may include a holder for receiving the first anchor, the second anchor, and the elongate coupling element. The holder may include a proximal portion and a distal portion. The distal portion may have a smaller width than the proximal portion such that the distal portion exerts a force on a proximal end of the first anchor during deployment of the first anchor from the holder. The force may move the first anchor into an open configuration for receiving tissue.
