摘要： A medical system includes an insertion device having a working channel, a first medical device configured to be disposed within the working channel of the insertion device, and a second medical device configured to be disposed within the working channel of the insertion device. The first medical device includes a handle, a control element extending from the handle, a detachable portion, a helical coil coupled to the detachable portion, and a loop. The detachable portion is removably coupled to a distal portion of the control element. A first portion of the loop is coupled to the detachable portion, and a second portion of the loop extends radially away from the detachable portion. The second medical device is configured to receive the second portion of the loop. The second medical device is configured to couple the second portion of the loop to a portion of a treatment site.

摘要： A medical system includes an insertion device having a working channel, a first medical device, and a second medical device. The first medical device includes a handle, a sheath extending from the handle and defining a lumen, a helical coil, and a loop. The helical coil is axially and rotatably movable relative to the sheath. A first portion of the loop is coupled to the sheath and a second portion of the loop extends radially away from the sheath. The second medical device is configured to be disposed within the working channel of the insertion device. The second medical device is configured to receive the second portion of the loop. The second medical device is configured to couple the second portion of the loop to a portion of a treatment site.

摘要： An accessory device for an endoscope includes a cap attached to a shaft of the endoscope, the cap extending along a first axis, a first tip coupled to the cap and movable relative to the cap between a deployed configuration and a non-deployed configuration, and a first shaft defining a lumen and extending proximally from the first tip. In the deployed configuration, the first tip extends along a second axis that is offset from the first axis, and in the non-deployed configuration, the first tip extends along a third axis that is offset from the first axis.
