    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the field of automobile chassis suspension system tests, and provides fatigue test equipment for an automobile chassis simulation road test. The fatigue test equipment can simultaneously test the simulation road test fatigue durability of automobile chassis parts such as the wheel and suspension system and the like, ensures that a test state of the tested wheel and suspension system is close to a real automobile state, and simulates and reproduces a load which an automobile chassis bears in the real road running process in a laboratory.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of tests of wheels and automobile chassis suspension systems, and provides a transmission shaft automatic connection and disengagement device and test equipment. An input shaft drives a transmission shaft to rotate through a second connection shaft, a ratchet assembly, a first connection shaft and an output shaft so as to apply an acceleration torque, gears of the input shaft and the first connection shaft can be completely engaged and completely separated through extension and retraction of piston rods of a first group of air cylinders and a second group of air cylinders so as to achieve an effect that when a driving shaft needs to perform driving, a power system gets involved, and after driving is completed, the power system is cut off, and through the ratchet assembly, the transmission shaft can be prevented from driving a motor to work in reverse.

    Abstract: The invention provides a method for simulating real impact test of vehicle wheels, and the method is implemented using a system as follows: the system includes a vehicle used in wheel simulating real impact test, a road surface, a high-frequency lighting facility, a standard obstacle block, a high-speed camera, and a traction motor and steel cable. The method for simulating real impact test of vehicle wheels of the invention has the advantages that: the need for testing various types of wheels using one set of equipment can be satisfied by using a general type collision trolley, thereby avoiding the use of a corresponding real vehicle for each type of wheels in the test. This greatly reduces the test cost, ensures that the test condition is similar to the real vehicle condition, and can well simulate the performance of a real vehicle when meeting an obstacle.
