    摘要: A terminal access method includes: sending, by a network device, uplink signal configuration information for an idle terminal to a terminal; receiving, by the network device from a first base station, uplink signal measurement information and load of the first base station, wherein the uplink signal measurement information is obtained by measurement by the first base station upon receiving an uplink signal carrying a terminal identifier from the terminal based on the uplink signal configuration information; and configuring, by the network device, mobility for the terminal based on the terminal identifier, the uplink signal measurement information and the load of the first base station, wherein the configuring mobility is configuring a candidate serving base station for the terminal such that the terminal initiates a service request to enter an active state at the candidate serving base station.

    摘要: A speech coding adjustment method in voice over long-term evolution (VoLTE) communication and a serving base station thereof are disclosed. The method includes: acquiring, by a serving base station, quality information of the VoLTE communication based on a predetermined condition; smoothening, by the serving base station, the quality information; acquiring coding information of the VoLTE communication based on the smoothened quality information, the coding information including a final speech coding mode and a corresponding code rate; and sending, by the serving base station, the coding information to a serving base station corresponding to a peer terminal, such that the serving base station and the serving base station corresponding to the peer terminal perform a speech coding adjustment for the VoLTE communication.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present application belong to the field of NB-IoT, and relate to a method, terminal and server for allocating NB-IoT system resources, capable of satisfying the requirements of traffic rate and communication quality simultaneously.
