A delivery system for an occlusion balloon includes a delivery catheter and a balloon releasably detached thereto. The balloon can include a base portion that is threaded onto the end of the delivery catheter. The balloon can include a one-way valve or septum in the base portion, through which a filling needle is inserted into a cavity of the balloon. The balloon can be filled with a fluid to expand the balloon and fix the balloon within the patient's body. The balloon can be filled with a hardening material to assist in fixing the balloon in place and occluding the blood vessel. The balloon can include anchoring structure on its outer surface to assist in the fixing the location of the balloon. The delivery device and needle can be detached and withdrawn from the balloon, allowing the septum to close and seal the balloon, leaving the balloon fixed within the body vessel.

An endoluminal prosthesis may include a tubular graft extending in a longitudinal direction, where the graft has an inner surface forming a lumen extending a length of the graft. An elongate member may be attached to the graft in a circumferentially and longitudinally extending manner such that the elongate member forms a series of longitudinally spaced apart turns, each turn extending substantially around a circumference of the graft. The elongate member may torsion the graft in at least the circumferential direction and cause the graft to form circumferentially and longitudinally extending folds in the portions of the graft disposed between longitudinally adjacent turns of the elongate member.

A delivery device and methods for deploying an endovascular prosthesis within the common and internal iliac arteries are described. The device comprises a pusher catheter having a proximal end and a pusher extension extending proximally therefrom. A tubular prosthesis having a side branch is releasably coupled to the pusher extension. An extension dilator extends proximally from the proximal end of the pusher catheter, extends at least partially along an external surface of the main tubular body, into a distal end of the side branch and exits a proximal end of the tubular prosthesis. The extension dilator can be tracked over a guide wire which serves to both position the device within a vessel and also to facilitate cannulation of an internal iliac artery.

The present embodiments provide an endoluminal prosthesis, comprising a prosthetic trunk and a prosthetic branch, each comprising proximal and distal ends and a lumen extending therebetween. The proximal end of the prosthetic branch is secured around an aperture formed in a side surface of the prosthetic trunk. A support structure is coupled to the prosthetic branch. In certain embodiments, a proximal end of the support structure comprises a first width, and a distal end of the support structure comprises a second width, wherein the first width is less than the second width.

A prosthesis delivery device and method of using the same is described. The delivery device comprises a rotatable inner cannula extending from a proximal end to a distal end with a prosthesis releasably coupled to the proximal end. A delivery handle assembly is disposed at the distal end of the delivery device. The handle comprises a first handle disposed about the inner cannula, a rotary dial rotatably disposed about a distal end of the first handle and a second handle disposed about at least a portion of the distal end of the first handle. The second handle is longitudinally moveable relative to the first handle between a first position wherein the sheath is coaxially disposed about the prosthesis and rotation of the rotary dial is prevented, and a second position wherein the sheath is retracted distally to expose at least a portion of the prosthesis and rotation of the dial is permitted.
