Abstract:
A portable terminal detects a color change region corresponding to a marker in frames, and determines whether the brightness and/or hue change with time in the color change region matches a search rule. Subsequently, when the brightness and/or hue change with time in the color change region matches a search rule, the portable terminal restores information by decoding and determines whether the information is the content of predetermined information corresponding to the search rule determined to match. Furthermore, when the restored information is the content of predetermined information corresponding to the search rule determined to match, the portable terminal displays the information in association with the color change region to provide notice that the corresponding flying object is an appropriate flying object performing optical communication.

Abstract:
An electronic device includes: a range setter which sets a range for searching an image of light from an information source included in an image; and an informer which makes informed the range set by the range setter.
Abstract:
For setting a tag ID in association with a content supposed to be provided to a portable terminal, the server acquires the location information of an illumination device of which the content is already stored in the memory and sets a tag ID in association with an illumination device that is away from the location presented by the location information by a given or longer distance. Then, the server associates and stores in the memory the set tag ID, location information of the illumination device transmitting the tag ID, content supposed to be provided. Subsequently, the server receives the tag ID and location information transmitted from a portable terminal, determines the content to transmit based on the received location information and the element stored in the memory, and transmits the determined content to the portable terminal.
Abstract:
An information management apparatus includes at least one processor configured to execute a program stored in a storage. The at least one processor acquires sequentially captured frames. The at least one processor acquires a movement state of a position of a light source in an imaging area, based on light source images contained in the acquired frames. The light source transmits information by means of light including an illumination pattern of the light. The at least one processor causes the storage to store the information and the movement state in association with each other.

Abstract:
An information transmission system includes: an information sending device including a light emitting section that emits light in a plurality of colors, a modulating section that modulates information to be transmitted into signals composed of changes in color, and a light emission control section that controls the light emitting section to emit light while changing color temporally based on the signals generated by the modulating section; and a receiving device including a camera that captures an image having color, and a control and communication section that detects a temporal color change of the light emitting section emitting light by light emission control by the information transmitting device, from images consecutively captured by the camera, decodes the detected color change into information, and outputs the generated information to a display section.
Abstract:
An optical communication apparatus includes a light receiving unit, a wavelength band determining unit and an estimating unit. The light receiving unit receives light which changes to predetermined wavelength bands in a predetermined cycle according to communication object information, for a predetermined light reception period. The wavelength band determining unit determines each wavelength band of the light received by the light receiving unit. The estimating unit estimates that a wavelength band of the light received by the light receiving unit is any one of the predetermined wavelength bands, in a case where said wavelength band determined by the wavelength band determining unit is not any one of the predetermined wavelength bands.
Abstract:
A portable terminal sends to a second server sound contents request information comprising a tag ID corresponding to light received from an illumination device, the light-receiving position on the light-receiving surface, and the area ratio of the light-receiving range to the light-receiving surface in order to acquire sound contents. The second server 700 combines individual sound contents corresponding to the tag ID in the sound contents request information, first basic sound contents corresponding to the light-receiving position, and second basic sound contents corresponding to the area ratio. Then, the second server creates sound contents for giving information about the object present at the location where the illumination device emitting the light corresponding to the tag ID is installed and the direction and distance of the object when seen from the portable terminal and sends the sound contents to the portable terminal.
Abstract:
Moving-objects movable in a workspace, each includes an imaging unit with a two-dimensional light receiving surface; and a decoding processing unit. If light received by an imaging surface of the imaging unit is brightness-modulated information, the decoding processing unit decodes the received light to the information. If the information decoded by the decoding processing unit contains spatial position information of moving-objects other than a self-moving-object, the self-moving-object receives the light from light sources, has the decoding processing unit decode the light to acquire pieces of position information of the other moving-objects, thereby acquiring position information of the self-moving-object in the workspace from these pieces of position information.
