摘要: A system is provided for detecting a liquid sample, and includes: a flow cell assembly formed with a sample receiving space therein, and inlet and outlet channels extending to the sample receiving space for guiding the liquid sample into and away from the sample receiving space; a sensor device including a sample detecting unit that is disposed in the sample receiving space, and that is operable to detect the liquid sample and to generate a detection signal accordingly, and a signal conducting unit that is connected electrically to the sensor device for conducting the detection signal therefrom; and a liquid introducing unit and a liquid discharging unit coupled to the inlet and outlet channels and cooperating therewith to form an introducing path and a discharging path for introducing the liquid sample into and for discharging the liquid sample from the sample receiving space, respectively.

摘要: A nitrogenous gas sensor comprises a piezoelectricity plate which has a sensing surface; two transducers placed on the sensing surface of the piezoelectricity plate for transduction of electrostatic potential energy and acoustic energy, in order to generate surface acoustic waves on the piezoelectricity plate; and a sensing layer installed on the sensing surface of the piezoelectricity plate between the two transducers, which is consisted of polyaniline and tungsten oxide. Furthermore, a manufacturing method of the nitrogenous gas sensor comprises a step of “manufacturing transducer,” by placing two transducers on the sensing surface of the piezoelectric plate; and a step of “manufacturing sensing layer,” by mixing a solution of polyaniline and a solution of tungsten oxide to obtain a mixture of polyaniline and tungsten oxide, and further generating a sensing layer consisted of nano-scaled of complex polyaniline and tungsten oxide between the two transducer by dropping the mixture of polyaniline and tungsten oxide on the sensing surface of the piezoelectric plate.

摘要: A SAW device package includes a SAW die, a molding compound, and conductive leads. The SAW die includes a piezoelectric substrate having a transducer-mounting surface, transmitting and receiving transducers that are formed on the transducer-mounting surface and that have conductive connecting pads, and a cap that is formed on and that is reduced in size from the transducer-mounting surface and that cooperates with the substrate to define an embedded air cavity therebetween in such a manner that the transmitting and receiving transducers are confined in the embedded air cavity. The SAW die is encapsulated by the molding compound. The leads are connected electrically to the connecting pads and extend outwardly of the molding compound.
