摘要: A multi-channel drug detection method is proposed. The method may include inputting an electrical signal of a frequency included in a search range set in sensors of a sensor board, comparing magnitudes of electrical signals output by the sensors, and determining a frequency having the largest magnitude as a resonance frequency, the inputting, comparing, and determining being repeatedly performed. The method may also include determining, as a first resonance frequency, a resonance frequency determined in the inputting, comparing, and determining performed before a sample is inserted, and inserting the sample into the sensor board. The method may further include determining a second resonance frequency by repeating the inputting, comparing, and determining while moving the search range to search for a resonance frequency. The method may further include determining presence of a target material based on a difference between the first resonance frequency and the second resonance frequency.

In a method for analyzing a test kit, the at least one measuring sensor is read, and a measurement value for a concentration, a substance quantity, or a mass is obtained. A read value of the at least one measuring sensor is scaled using read values of the at least one reference sensor, or a measured value that corresponds to the read value is obtained using a compensation curve that puts the read values of the at least one reference sensor into relationship with the defined supply of the substance to the at least one reference sensor.

摘要: A method of making an acoustic wave sensor includes the steps of providing a piezoelectric substrate layer and printing on the substrate layer a sensor layer comprising a first interdigitated acoustic wave transducer, a sensing film, and positioned on an opposing side of the sensing film from the first interdigitated acoustic wave transducer at least one selected from the group consisting of a second interdigitated acoustic wave transducer and a Bragg reflector. An insulation layer can be printed. An antenna can be printed in an antenna layer, and the insulation layer can be interposed between the antenna layer and the sensor layer. An electrical connection can be printed between the antenna and the first interdigitated acoustic wave transducer. An acoustic wave sensor is also disclosed.

摘要: A device and method are provided for detecting analyte with correction for the effects of humidity. The device comprises a resonant sensor having an oscillating portion. A capacitor is positioned on the oscillating portion. The capacitor is formed by at least two electrodes and a sensing material positioned between the electrodes. A readout circuit is arranged to measure a response of the oscillating portion (e.g., frequency shift or change in resonance frequency, stiffness or strain) and a capacitance of the capacitor when substances are adsorbed or absorbed in the sensing material. This combination of measurements enables the device to distinguish between various types of adsorbed or absorbed molecules, especially distinguishing between an analyte of interest and water molecules that might interfere with the detection of the analyte. A processor determines an analyte value indicative of the presence, amount or concentration of the analyte in dependence upon measurements of both the response of the oscillating portion and the capacitance to account for the effects of water in the sensing material.

摘要: A biosensor includes a microstrip resonator, a collection actuator disposed adjacent to and spaced from the microstrip resonator, a port unit connected to a network analyzer and coupled with the microstrip resonator, and a substrate. The microstrip resonator includes a collecting portion provided with an analyte-specific reagent (ASR) for binding an analyte in a suspension. The collection actuator and the microstrip resonator are applied with alternating current (AC) electric energy to induce AC electrokinetic stirring in the suspension for actuating the binding. The microstrip resonator resonates at a resonant frequency associated with the binding so that the analyte can be quantified.
