摘要： The present invention discloses an electrode separator, which is formed on a substrate that has strip-like first electrodes and is perpendicular to the first electrodes, wherein a common positive type photoresist material is firstly obliquely exposed and then vertically exposed and then developed to form the electrode separator by the two exposure steps. The electrode separator has a first lateral vertical to the bottom side of the electrode separator and a second lateral cooperating with the surface of the substrate to create an acute angle with one end of the top side having an overhanging portion. When the second electrodes are deposited, the overhanging portions can separate the metallic film of the second electrodes, and the metallic film of each second electrode is confined to between two electrode separators. Thus, the objective of separating the second electrode is achieved.

摘要： An active matrix type liquid crystal display includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer interposed between them. A plurality of common lines are provided on the second substrate, and a first dielectric layer provided with contact holes is fonned on the second substrate and covers the common lines. Capacitor electrodes connected to the common lines via the contact holes are provided on the first dielectric layer, and a second dielectric layer is formed overlying the capacitor electrodes. Pixel electrodes are formed on the second dielectric layer, and each pixel electrode together with each capacitor electrode form a storage capacitor.

摘要： A liquid crystal display (LCD) with a built-in touch panel includes an LCD unit, a touch panel and a second polarized plate. The LCD unit includes a lower substrate, an upper substrate, a liquid crystal layer and a first polarized plate. The upper substrate is disposed opposite to the lower substrate, and the liquid crystal layer is disposed between the lower substrate and the upper substrate. The first polarized plate is disposed on the lower substrate and has a first polarized direction. The touch panel is disposed opposite to the LCD unit. The second polarized plate having a second polarized direction is disposed on the touch panel and located between the LCD unit and the touch panel. An intensity of a reflected light occurred in the LCD with the built-in touch panel is relatively low, so that good contrast and visibility are obtained.

摘要： A touch display panel and a touch panel therein are provided. The touch panel includes a first transparent supporter plate, a second transparent supporter plate, and a touch module. The second transparent supporter plate and the touch module are disposed over the first transparent supporter plate. The first transparent supporter plate and the second transparent supporter plate have optical anisotropy. The first transparent supporter plate has a first fast axis and a first slow axis, and the second transparent supporter plate has a second fast axis and a second slow axis. A direction of the second fast axis is substantially perpendicular to a direction of the first fast axis, and a direction of the second slow axis is substantially perpendicular to a direction of the first slow axis. The touch panel of the present invention is helpful to improve display quality of the touch display panel having the touch panel.
