A pushrod assembly for a circuit breaker having a pushrod with an insulating body, an insulating housing surrounding the push rod, a first insulating shield connected to the pushrod and a second insulating shield connected to the housing. The first insulating shield and the second insulating shield are arranged inside the housing such that an electrical path through a fluid inside the housing is longer than the distance of a first end and a second end of the push rod.

A magnetic actuator unit is disclosed for a circuit-breaker arrangement, having an armature arranged to be movable between first and second, closed and opened end switching positions of the circuit-breaker, a single electrical coil for moving the armature to the second position due to electrical current feed, a permanent magnet for loading the armature in the direction of the second position, an outer ferromagnetic yoke at least partly surrounding the single electrical coil and the ferromagnetic core for directing magnetic flux to the armature, and an opening spring for permanent loading of the armature in the direction of the first position, which is coaxially arranged between the armature and the front side of the electrical coil. The opening spring can be at least partly accommodated inside an armature groove.

Exemplary embodiments are directed to a medium voltage circuit breaker arrangement that includes at least one pole part housing for accommodating a pair of coaxially arranged electrical contacts, wherein one electrical contact of the pair of electrical contacts is axially movable via a jackshaft arrangement which is accommodated in a recasted sheet metal housing, and driven by an actuator unit. The sheet metal housing forms a suspension construction for the at least one pole part housing and the jackshaft arrangement and the corresponding actuator unit forming a module. An additional housing part is provided for covering at least the actuator unit of the module in order to define the outer geometrical dimensions of the circuit breaker arrangement.

The disclosure relates to an electromagnetic actuator, such as for a medium-voltage switch, having a core having a coil applied to it, and a movable yoke. A method for producing such an actuator is also disclosed. A compact design can be achieved with, at the same time, a high level of actuator force, using a magnetic circuit of the actuator which has a rectangular magnet core and a round yoke which corresponds to the magnetic circuit of the magnetic core.

Exemplary embodiments are directed to a bistable magnetic actuator for a medium voltage circuit breaker arrangement, including at least one electrical coil for switching a ferromagnetic armature between a first limit position and a second limit position effected by an electromagnetic field, at least one permanent magnet for holding the armature in one of the two limit positions corresponding to an open and a closed electrical switching position respectively of the mechanically connected circuit breaker. The armature includes an upper plunger resting on a ferromagnetic core element of the one electrical coil for static holding the armature in the first limit position, which is attached to a plunger rod extending through the ferromagnetic core element and through the permanent magnet for mechanically coupling the actuator to the circuit breaker arrangement.

A run-flat support body for run-flat vehicle wheels. The support body is typically embodied as a shell-shaped, metallic annular body having an undulated supporting annular surface. A simple, effective method for producing one such annular body, according to which a rectangular blank which is cut out of a strip of sheet metal is bent along the longitudinal side to form a ring and the open ends of the ring are interconnected by a material connection. The annular blank thus produced is provided with the desired profile according to the pressure-rolling method, is provided with connecting elements, and cut open between the same.

Exemplary embodiments are directed to a circuit breaker arrangement for medium voltage to high voltage applications. The circuit breaker includes at least one pole part housing for accommodating a vacuum insert, within which a pair of corresponding electrical contacts is coaxially arranged. A fixed electrical contact is electrically connected to an upper terminal of the pole part housing and an axial movable electrical contact is electrically connected to a lower terminal of the pole part housing and is operated by an insulating pushrod. The insulating pushrod extends through a shielding plate arranged on a lower opening of the pole part housing. The shielding plate includes a rigid moulded plastic insulating material. At least one sealing ring has an elastic material moulded on the periphery of the shielding plate.

An electric power distribution switchboard (1) in which one or more functional units are equipped with a switching device compartment (3) that integrates primary and secondary functions. Within the switching device compartment (3) are included, together with the switching device (37), the current and voltage sensors (36), the position sensors for interlocking, a human machine interface (HMI) and an Intelligent Electronic Device (IED) (4) and the related local configuration point (32) to configure the IED (4). The IED (4) realizes functional unit supervision, control, protection, communication and monitoring and acts as a concentrating point of functional unit information and decisions. The switchboard (1) of the invention further comprises power supply section, an I/O section and a communication system.
