    摘要: A high voltage transformer for controlling inductance leakage used for a multiple lamp driving system includes at least one wire frame, a first winding, a second winding, a first magnetic unit, and a second magnetic unit. There is a receiving space in the wire frame for receiving the first magnetic unit, and a first region and a second region is formed on its surface. The first winding and the second winding are individually wound at the first region and the second region. The second magnetic unit is covered on the side of the wire frame. On an appropriate location of the bottom of the second magnetic unit, a transverse beam extends. Thereby, the transverse beam fully separates the low voltage magnetic flux path produced on the first magnetic unit by the first winding and the second winding and the high voltage magnetic flux path produced by the AC.

    摘要: A balanced transformer having an auxiliary coil has a bobbin, a balanced coil set, a detective coil, and an iron core set. The balanced coil set and the detective coil is wound onto the bobbin. The iron core set penetrates through the bobbin. The balanced transformer can be used in a driving circuit of a backlight module of an LCD device. The balanced coil set is electrically connected to CCFLs of the backlight module. The detective coil is electrically connected to a protection circuit of the backlight module. When currents respectively passing through the CCFLs are not equal to each other, two ends of the detective coil induct a voltage to form a protection feedback signal transmitted to the protection circuit. Therefore, the balanced transformer is capable of detecting an unusual current, so as to further protect the balanced transformer and the driving circuit of the backlight module.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a method of fabricating a semiconductor device, a semiconductor device fabricated by such a method, and a chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) tool for performing such a method. In one embodiment, a method of fabricating a semiconductor device includes providing an integrated circuit (IC) wafer including a metal conductor in a trench of a dielectric layer over a substrate, and performing a chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process to planarize the metal conductor and the dielectric layer. The method further includes cleaning the planarized metal conductor and dielectric layer to remove residue from the CMP process, rinsing the cleaned metal conductor and dielectric layer with an alcohol, and drying the rinsed metal conductor and dielectric layer in an inert gas environment.
