    摘要: An anti punch-through leakage current MOS transistor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. A high voltage deep first type well region and a first type light doping region are formed in a second type substrate. A mask with a dopant implanting opening is formed on the second type substrate. An anti punch-through leakage current structure is formed by implanting the first type dopant through the dopant implanting opening. A doping concentration of the first type dopant of the high voltage deep first type well region is less than that of the anti punch-through leakage current structure and greater than that of the high voltage deep first type well region. A second type body is formed by implanting a second type dopant through the dopant implanting opening. A gate structure is formed on the second type substrate.

    摘要: The invention relates to an improved structure of a thermopile sensor, which is to employ a membrane to cover a substrate that has a cavity. Besides, a plurality of thermoelectric elements is formed on the membrane extending outwards from the central side of the membrane and is composed of two different materials connected in series. The material of the element can be a composite of metal material and semiconductor material, and an insulation layer partitions the two materials; therefore, the two materials are connected in series through a contact hole. In addition, the contact hole formed at the central side of the membrane is called hot junction, whereas the contact hole formed at the side of the substrate is called cold junction. Moreover, to enhance the sensing performance of the thermopile sensor, a heat-conducting layer is formed at the center of the membrane, and after the heat-conducting layer is covered with another insulation layer, an absorption film is formed. The invention changes the temperature difference distribution by adding in a heat-conducting layer so as to enhance the sensing performance.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a temperature measurement device, particularly to a temperature measurement device for the cold junction of a non-contact temperature measurement element, characterized in that a plurality of electrical-conductive pins is provided on the bottom surface of a base. A sensor element for detecting object temperature and a heat-conductive elongated block are provided on the top surface of the base, the heat-conductive elongated block having a sensor element for detecting ambient temperature secured on the top surface thereof, wherein the heat capacity of the sensor element for detecting ambient temperature together with that of the heat-conductive elongated block will approximately be equal to that of the sensor element for detecting object temperature, such that the heat-balance constants of the sensor element for detecting ambient temperature and the cold junction of the sensor element for detecting object temperature will virtually coincide with each other at an abrupt temperature change. Consequently, the dynamic temperature difference between the sensor element for detecting ambient temperature and the cold junction of the sensor element for detecting object temperature may be diminished. In this manner, not only the accuracy of the temperature measurement from the detected object may be raised significantly, but also the sensitivity of the measurement may be maintained effectively.
