摘要: A method for transferring a pattern from a mask to a substrate (or wafer), comprises dividing a mask generation data file into a plurality of segments. The segments include a main pattern area and a stitching area. Each stitching area contains a respective common pattern. An image of an illuminated portion of the main pattern area is formed. Connection ends of the segments in a substrate area (or wafer area) are illuminated with an illumination beam. An image of the illuminated portion of the main pattern area is formed, and a halftone gray level dosage distribution is produced in the substrate area (or wafer area) corresponding to the common pattern. The common patterns of adjacent segments substantially overlap in the substrate area (or wafer area).

摘要: A megasonic immersion lithography exposure apparatus and method for substantially eliminating microbubbles from an exposure liquid in immersion lithography is disclosed. The apparatus includes an optical system for projecting light through a mask and onto a wafer. An optical transfer chamber is provided adjacent to the optical system for containing an exposure liquid. At least one megasonic plate operably engages the optical transfer chamber for inducing sonic waves in and eliminating microbubbles from the exposure liquid.

摘要: An optical touch control system. A monitor includes a first side, a second side, a third side, and a fourth side sequentially connected to each other. A first light guide, a second light guide, and a third light guide are respectively disposed on the first, second, and third sides of the monitor. A first beam splitter is adjacent to the first and second light guides. A second beam splitter is adjacent to the second and third light guides. A first light source and a second light source are respectively adjacent to the first and second beam splitters. A first image sensor is disposed between the first and fourth sides of the monitor. A second image sensor is disposed between the third and fourth sides. The first and second image sensors receive light transmitted onto the monitor via the first, second, and third light guides, identifying touch control operations.

摘要: A bad odor eliminating device especially useful at the throw-in gate of the closed type waste receiving space such as a garbage storage tank, a resources recovery case etc., when the/throw-in gate is opened, the device can create negative pressure around the throw-in gate, so that air in the waste receiving space will not sread out, and therefore bad odor will not be released. The device includes mainly a window frame, a wind drawing pipe and a filter, a fan is also provided to create the above stated negative pressure on an air guiding groove at the circumference of the window frame and the throw-in gate to absorb air with bad odor to filter out dust in the air and do ion exchanging with the filter to eliminate bad odor. An object of getting sanitary circumstances can thus be achieved.

摘要: An optical touch control system is disclosed. A reflector surrounds a monitor. At least one image detection module is adjacent to the monitor and includes an image sensor, a reflective mirror, and a light source. The image sensor is electrically connected to an image processor. The reflective mirror is disposed on the image sensor and inclines to the image sensor by a predetermined angle. The light source outputs light onto the monitor. The reflective mirror reflects the light reflected by the reflector to the image sensor, identifying a touch control operation.

摘要: An optical touch structure including a light guide element, a light source, a reflecting mirror, and an image sensor is provided. The light guide element has a light-emitting surface. The light guide element guides the light provided by the light source to the light-emitting surface. The extending direction of the reflecting mirror is substantially perpendicular to the light-emitting surface. The intersection of the reflecting mirror and the light guide element is defined as a first position. The light guide element and the reflecting mirror define a touch range. The image sensor is disposed on a second position opposite to the first position. The sensing area of the image sensor at least covers the touch range. When the proceeding path of the first direction light is shorter than that of the second direction light, the strength of the second direction light is larger than that of the first direction light.

摘要: A system for classifying tiny insects includes a cultivation tank, a detecting container, a detector, a gathering device, and a control unit. The cultivation tank is connected to the detecting container, so that the hatched tiny insects can enter the detecting area of the detecting container from the cultivation tank. The detector is used for detecting the characteristics of the tiny insects in the detecting area, and then the control unit controls the switching unit of the gathering device to switch the gathering containers for gathering the tiny insects according to the detecting results. The system of the present invention is capable of automatically classifying the tiny insects and then gathering them to different gathering containers according to their characteristics, so as to decrease the man power and time necessary for factitious classification.
