摘要： Provided herein are, inter alia, novel antibodies that specifically bind to domain IV of EGFR and are able to effectively induce antibody dependent cell mediated cytoxicity (ADCC) against EGFR-expressing cells. In embodiments, the immunoglobulin and the Fab of the antibodies provided herein bind domain IV of EGFR with differential affinity. Thus, the antibodies provided herein provide for highly specific antibody therapeutics without adverse effects.
