The cell supervision circuit comprises a circuit board; a heat transfer unit including a metal plate disposed adjacent to the circuit board, wherein the heat transfer unit dissipates heat through the metal plate; and a fixing plate connected to the heat transfer unit, wherein the fixing plate includes a body portion and an elastic portion formed on the body portion, and the elastic portion is used for filling a gap between the metal plate and the fixing plate. In the cell supervision circuit according to the embodiment of the disclosure, the problem of heat resistance instability generated during heat dissipation is solved, and the heat dissipation effect of the cell supervision circuit is improved.
