摘要: Disclosed is a membrane type insulation system for LNG carrier cargo tank and liquefied gas fuel container wherein a corrugation finishing membrane formed of Invar steel is welded to a secondary membrane connecting portion or a primary membrane connecting portion in order to seal corrugations at a corner portion of a cargo tank in a structure wherein at least one of a primary membrane and a secondary membrane is formed of an SUS material having corrugations, thereby improving work efficiency while reducing manufacturing costs through elimination of a separate angled piece for connection between corrugations on adjacent walls at the corner portion.

摘要: The present invention relates to: a liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tank, which has insulating wall securing devices for the LNG storage tank installed at the optimum position, thus is stable with respect to thermal contraction, and may require a minimum number of insulating wall securing devices; and an insulating wall securing device for an LNG storage tank. One embodiment of the present invention provides a storage tank for storing LNG therein, comprising: a first sealing wall coming into contact with the LNG stored in the storage tank, for liquid-tight sealing the LNG; a first insulating wall; a second insulating wall disposed in the inner wall of the storage tank; a plurality of first insulating wall securing devices for securing the first insulating wall and the second insulating wall, wherein the plurality of first insulating wall securing devices are provided at the vertex of the first insulating wall.

When a corrugated membrane sheet is welded, a cross-anchor strip having a fixing groove is installed on a portion where longitudinal and lateral anchor strips, which are attached to the upper surface of a heat insulating panel on which the corrugated membrane sheet is mounted, cross each other, which makes it possible to install a welding guide that supports the automatic welding apparatus and guides movement of the automatic welding apparatus using the fixing groove, thereby stably performing automatic welding on the corrugated membrane sheet.

摘要: A membrane welding device guide system according to the present invention comprises: an anchor strip arranged on an insulation wall which configures an insulation system of a liquefied gas storage tank; a stud integrally formed with the anchor strip, the center of the stud deviating from a welding line of the anchor strip; and a guide rail which is coupled to the stud to form a path of an automatic membrane welding device for welding a membrane to be stacked on the insulation wall. Therefore, the present invention allows membrane welding to be easily performed and allows a membrane welding device to be stably guided.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for reducing the natural evaporation rate of an LNG storage tank. The method for reducing the natural evaporation rate of an LNG storage tank comprises the steps of: manufacturing an LNG storage tank including a primary insulation layer and a secondary insulation layer; connecting one end of a second vacuum hose to the secondary insulation layer; connecting the other end of the second vacuum hose to a vacuum pump; and actuating the vacuum pump so as to lower the internal pressure of the secondary insulation layer. The method enables the inside of the secondary insulation layer to be a vacuum, and thus lowers the moisture content of plywood included in the secondary insulation layer.
