Abstract: An integrated apparatus of water-cooled motor and driver includes a motor housing and a driver housing. The motor housing includes a motor-housing inner wall, a motor-housing outer wall, an inlet, a heat-dissipation flow channel and an outlet. The motor-housing inner wall surrounds and receives a motor assembly. The motor-housing outer wall surrounds the motor-housing inner wall, and the exterior thereof has a first connecting surface. The inlet is disposed on the motor-housing outer wall. One end of the heat-dissipation flow channel is connected to the inlet, the end contacts and is received between the motor-housing inner wall and the motor-housing outer wall. The outlet is connected to the other end of the heat-dissipation flow channel and is disposed on the motor-housing outer wall. The driver housing receives a driver assembly, and the exterior thereof has a second connecting surface connected with and bonded to the first connecting surface.

Abstract: A rotor lamination for a motor having a motor air gap width value is disclosed. The rotor lamination includes a main-body portion, a plurality of edges and a plurality of magnet-receiving slots. The main-body portion is centered at a central axis of the motor. The edges are disposed around outside of the main-body portion. The magnet-receiving slots accommodate a plurality of magnets of the motor and locate around the central axis. The magnet-receiving slot has a slot width value in an outward direction extending from the central axis. The magnet-receiving slot and the corresponding edge form a magnet depth value. The magnet depth value is greater than a sum value of a first rate constant multiplied by the slot width value and then subtracted the motor air gap width value, and is less than the sum value of the first rate constant multiplied by the slot width value and then plus the motor air gap width value.

Abstract: A rotor assembly for a motor is disclosed. The motor has a minimum air gap width value. Each of the magnet-receiving slots is disposed around a central axis of the main-body portion and locates through the main-body portion for accommodating the corresponding magnet therein. The magnet-receiving slot has a slot width value. The arc-trimming portions spatially correspond to the magnet-receiving slots. Each of the arc-trimming portions and a geometric symmetry center of the corresponding magnet-receiving slot together form an arc-trimming depth value. The arc-trimming depth value is greater than a sum value of a rate constant multiplied by the slot width value and then subtracted 2 times of the minimum air gap width value, and is less than the sum value of the rate constant multiplied by the slot width value and then plus 2 times of the minimum air gap width value.
