Abstract: A rubber-based composition modifier includes 100 parts by mass of a mixed rubber component containing a chloroprene rubber and at least one copolymer selected from ethylene/α-olefin copolymers and ethylene/α-olefin/unconjugated polyene copolymers, 10 to 60 parts by mass of magnesium oxide, 3 to 30 parts by mass of a softener, and 30 to 120 parts by mass of acetylene black, wherein the mixed rubber component has a Mooney viscosity, as determined by the method specified in JIS K6300, of 60 to 180 at 100° C.; the magnesium oxide has a BET specific surface area, as determined by the one point method specified in JIS Z8830, of 20 to 150 m2/g; the softener contains a fatty acid ester-based plasticizer and an unsaturated fatty acid having a carbon number of 10 to 24 and containing an ester bond, a hydroxyl group, or both of them in part of the structure.

Abstract: Provided is a chloroprene rubber composition giving a vulcanized molded article improved further in heat resistance without deterioration in mechanical properties such as anti-vibration rubber properties, durometer hardness, and elongation at break, a vulcanized molded article prepared and an anti-vibration rubber prepared from the composition. A chloroprene rubber composition, comprising 100 parts by mass of a chloroprene rubber, 0.1 part or more by mass and 10 parts or less by mass of an active zinc white having an average particle diameter of 0.05 μm or more and 0.35 μm or less, a particle diameter range of 0.01 μm or more and 1.0 μm or less and a specific surface area of 10 m2/g or more and 150 m2/g or less, and 15 parts or more by mass and 200 parts or less by mass of a carbon black having an average particle diameter of 70 nm or more and 600 nm or less and a DBP oil absorption number of 15 ml/100 g or more and 60 ml/100 g or less.

Abstract: A rubber composition from which a vulcanized rubber simultaneously improved in three characteristics of oil resistance, cold resistance and ozone resistance can be obtained, and a molded article using the vulcanized rubber are provided. The rubber composition contains 50 to 99 parts by mass of a chloroprene rubber containing 0.01 to 20% by mass of an unsaturated nitrile monomer unit and 1 to 50 parts by mass of a non-conjugated diene rubber.

Abstract: Provided is a rubber bearing formed from a polychloroprene composition and having higher ozone resistance.The rubber bearing comprises a laminate prepared by alternately laminating a plurality of soft layers having rubber elasticity and a plurality of hard layers having rigidity, and a covering layer covering an outer peripheral part of the laminate. The soft layer comprises a rubber composition containing a polychloroprene, and the covering layer comprises a blend rubber composition containing 30 to 95 parts by mass of a polychloroprene and 70 to 5 parts by mass of an elastomer other than the polychloroprene.
