摘要: The present invention has an object of providing a laminate which is composed of a layer containing a melt shapable fluororesin and a layer of an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymer composition, and is excellent in adhesiveness, and the present invention relates to a laminate including: a layer including an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymer composition, and a layer comprising a melt shapable fluororesin; wherein the ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymer composition includes 100 parts by mass of an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymer (A), 1.0 to 6.0 parts by mass of at least one compound (C) selected from the group consisting of 1,8-diazabicyclo(5.4.0)undecene-7 salts, 1,5-diazabicyclo(4.3.0)nonene-5 salts, 1,8-diazabicyclo(5.4.0)undecene-7 and 1,5-diazabicyclo(4.3.0)nonene-5, and 3 to 20 parts by mass of magnesium oxide.

摘要: An ultraviolet reflective material having high reflectance in a wavelength region from the short-wavelength ultraviolet region inclusive of 200 nm to the long-wavelength ultraviolet region inclusive of 400 nm, and in particular having high reflectance in an ultraviolet region at 200 to about 315 nm, i.e., from UVC to UVB where reflectance could not be conventionally obtained, among them particularly at 250 nm or below in the short-wavelength ultraviolet region; and does not undergo discoloration/degradation upon irradiation. Ultraviolet reflective materials have ultraviolet reflective layers containing a condensation-cured silicone resin and ultraviolet reflective filler particles of alumina, magnesium hydroxide, calcium fluoride, aluminum hydroxide, aluminum nitride, and the like, and has a reflectance of 60% or more at a wavelength of 405 nm.

摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition including a fluororesin (A) and a crosslinked fluoroelastomer (B), wherein the fluororesin (A) is a copolymer that contains a chlorotrifluoroethylene unit and a tetrafluoroethylene unit and that has at least one functional group selected from a carbonyl group, an olefinic group and an amino group at a main chain terminal or side chain terminal of the polymer. The crosslinked fluoroelastomer (B) is obtained by subjecting a fluoroelastomer (b) to a dynamic crosslinking treatment along with a polyamine compound (c) having a thermal decomposition temperature of 210° C. or higher and a crosslinking accelerator (d) in the presence of the fluororesin (A) under conditions for melting the fluororesin (A). Also disclosed is a method for producing the thermoplastic composition, a molded article formed from the thermoplastic composition, and a laminated product including a resin layer formed from the thermoplastic composition.

摘要: A composition for electroless plating comprises: from 9 to 29 weight percent, 9.7 to 29 weight percent, or 10 to 29 weight percent, of a first graft rubber copolymer which comprises the polymerized form of at least one conjugated diene monomer and at least one monovinyl aromatic monomer, from 70 to 90 weight percent, preferably 70-89.7 weight percent, more preferably 70 to 85 weight percent, of ungrafted styrenic polymer, from 0.1 to 10 weight percent of a core/shell diene-based rubber having particle size of 100 to 500 nanometers (nm), one or more of a stabilizer and/or antioxidant in total amount of from 0.1 to 5 weight percent, a fatty acid or a salt of fatty acid in an amount of from 0.1 to 2 weight percent, 0 to 5 weight percent of a mold release agent, 0 to 1 weight percent of a metal oxide, 0 to 3 weight percent of a lubricant, and 0 to 20 weight percent of polycarbonate wherein weight percent and ppm are based on total weight of the composition. The composition can be formed into an article having a metal coating electroless plated on the composition.

摘要: A method of building viscosity in a sheet molding composition is provided that includes a thickening agent of at least one of magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, calcium oxide, calcium hydroxides, zinc oxide, borates, aluminum ion chelates, aluminum trihydrate, polyphosphate, epoxides being mixed into a phenolic resin liquid or solution that includes novolac resin. An initial viscosity results for the mixture. The viscosity builds from the initial viscosity to 36 hours, from 36 to 142 hours, and then from 142 hours to 176 hours to define a slope ratio of viscosities in these time ranges of 1.5-8:1:-0.4-2 and a having terminal viscosity as measured at 176 hours. Alternatively, the initial viscosity is between 500 and 50,000 centiPoise (cP) and at 24 hours thereafter builds to between 1 million to 50 million cP, and the terminal viscosity thereafter of between 10 million and 200 million cP.
