    摘要: A stator core is a stack body of plural plates. Each plate includes an annular back yoke part, plural top-connected tooth parts, plural top-separated tooth parts, plural magnetic path parts and plural top open parts. The top-connected tooth part and the top-separated tooth part protrude from the back yoke part in a radial direction. The top magnetic path part connects top ends of two top-connected tooth parts. The top open part is open to a rotor side at both sides of the top end of the top-separated tooth part. The stator core includes a back yoke, plural teeth, plural partially-connected parts and plural open parts. Each partially-connected part is formed of plural top magnetic path parts and top open parts, which extend in an axial direction. Each open part is formed of only the plural top open parts, which extend continuously in the axial direction.

    摘要: A magnet holder is used in a rotational angle sensing device and is shaped in a tubular form while the magnet holder is configured to hold a magnet opposed to a magnetic sensor and is also configured to be securely press-fitted to a rotatable body. The magnet holder includes: a magnet holding portion that is located at one side of the magnet holder in an axial direction; a press-fitting fixation portion that is located at another side of the magnet holder in the axial direction; and a connecting portion that connects between the magnet holding portion and the press-fitting fixation portion. An outer diameter of the press-fitting fixation portion is different from an outer diameter of the magnet holding portion, and a wall thickness of the press-fitting fixation portion is different from a wall thickness of the magnet holding portion.

    摘要: A rotor has a projection part projected from an inner wall of a central hole part toward a central axis and a rib part defined between opening parts adjacent with each other in a circumferential direction. A first imaginary straight line is defined to extend from the central axis outward in a radial direction through a center of the projection part. The projection part is formed so that the first imaginary straight line passes the opening part. A second imaginary straight line is defined to extend from the central axis outward in the radial direction through a center of the rib part.     摘要: Each permanent magnet provided in a rotor includes a projection that projects toward a corresponding predetermined portion of the rotor core. An inner peripheral surface of each permanent magnet, which is radially opposed to the corresponding predetermined portion of the rotor core, includes a primary contacting portion and two primary non-contacting portions. The primary contacting portion contacts the corresponding predetermined portion of the rotor core at a circumferential location, which corresponds to the projection. The primary non-contacting portions do not contact the rotor core and are located on two circumferentially opposite sides, respectively, of the primary contacting portion.

The through-hole is one of a plurality of the through-holes, and the magnet is one of a plurality of the magnets.
