Abstract: A drive device includes a motor, an inverter, an electric power storage device, and an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit is configured to generate a first pulse width modulation (PWM) signal of the switching elements by comparison of a voltage command of each phase according to a torque command of the motor and a carrier wave voltage, as a first PWM control. The electronic control unit is configured to generate a second PWM signal of the switching elements based on a modulation factor and a voltage phase of a voltage according to the torque command and a pulse count per unit cycle of an electric angle of the motor, as a second pulse width modulation control. The electronic control unit is configured to limit execution of the second PWM control when high controllability of the motor is requested rather than when the high controllability is not requested.

Abstract: A heat exchanger includes a duct, a stacked core, and a coupling plate. The duct includes a first plate that is disposed to face at least one of end faces of the stacked core in a core width direction, and a second plate that is disposed to face at least one of the end faces of the stacked core in a tube stacking direction. The second plate includes a second-plate end plate portion disposed to face the end face of the stacked core in the core width direction and brazed to a wall surface of the first plate, a second-plate center plate portion that is disposed to face the end face of the stacked core in the tube stacking direction, and a flange portion that extends in the tube stacking direction and is brazed to a bottom wall surface of a groove portion of the coupling plate.

Abstract: In a heat exchanger, a refrigerant side header tank and a coolant side header tank which are connected with refrigerant tubes and coolant tubes include a plate header member, a communication intermediate plate member, a blocking intermediate plate member, and a tank header member. The communication intermediate plate member includes first and second fluid communication holes through which refrigerant and coolant flow, respectively. In this situation, with a simple configuration in that a part of the first and second fluid communication holes is blocked by the blocking intermediate plate member, a communication state between both tubes and internal spaces of the header tanks is regulated.

Abstract: A microcomputer including first and second CPUs is provided. The first and second CPUs may execute identical control programs in parallel. The microcomputer may control a write access by the first or second CPU. The microcomputer may compare an output of the first CPU with an output of the second CPU. Data is written to a write target unit. The microcomputer outputs a write response signal to the first and second CPUs when a data write destination of the first and second CPUs is the write target unit. The microcomputer outputs an abnormality determination signal when data output from the first CPU mismatches with data output from the second CPU. The microcomputer writes the data to the write target unit when the data write destination of the first and second CPUs is the write target unit and the abnormality determination signal is not input.
