    Abstract: A power system has: an electrical load; first and second lines respectively including first and second power sources; and inter-line switch. The first power source outputs a power supply voltage. The second power source includes a storage battery. The power system includes: an anomaly determination unit determining an anomaly in the first line; a state control unit opening the inter-line switch if the occurrence of an anomaly is determined; first and second paths in parallel to each other between a connection point to the connection path and the second power source in the second line; a charging unit on the first path to charge the storage battery to a higher voltage than the power supply voltage of the first power source; and a discharge regulation unit on the second path to regulate discharge of the storage battery in the second line.

    Abstract: A power supply system includes a first power output portion, a second power output portion, and a ring-form main pathway. A power supply system includes a first output pathway connecting the main pathway with the first power output portion, a second output pathway connecting the main pathway with the second power output portion, and a loading pathway connecting the main pathway with an electric load. The power supply system includes multiple main switches and a control unit. The main switch is configured to switch between a ring connection state and a non-ring connection state of the main pathway. The control unit controls the switching of the main switch. The control unit is configured to activate a non-ring connection mode that turns off one of the main switches and turns on the remainder of the main switches.

    Abstract: A power source system has a first system having a first power supply path and a first power source supplying a power source voltage, a second system having a second power supply path and a second power source having a battery being charged by the power source voltage, an intersystem switch, a switching controller switching the intersystem switch between an open state and a closed state, and a charging discharging part, arranged between the second power source and a connection node of a connection path on the second power supply path. The charging discharging part performs charging of the battery by the power source voltage and discharging of the battery based on a discharging request after completion of battery charging, and performs charging of the battery before the switching controller switches the intersystem switch to the open state from the closed state when overvoltage occurs in any system under the closed state of the intersystem switch.

    Abstract: A power source monitoring device for a power supply system equipped with a first system including a first power source and a second system including a second power source. An inter-system switch is closed under an operational state to supply power to electrical loads connected to the first and second systems.     Abstract: A power supply system includes a first-battery, a battery unit including a second-battery, and a generator. The battery unit is connected to the generator and the first-battery via a conductor. The battery unit includes a connection-terminal connected to the conductor, an output-terminal connected to a load, a first-switch disposed on a wiring connecting the connection-terminal and the output-terminal, a branch line branching off from the wiring between the first-switch and the output-terminal and connected to the second-battery, a second-switch disposed on the branch line between the wiring and the second-battery, a first-voltage-detecting unit detecting voltage of the connection-terminal, and a switch control unit controlling the first and second-switches.     Abstract: A power supply system which includes a first system, a second system, and a system-to-system switch. The first system delivers electrical power from a first power supply to an electrical load through a first power feeding path. The second system delivers electrical power from a second power supply to the electrical load through a second power feeding path. The system-to-system switch is arranged in a connecting path which connects the first and second power feeding paths together. The power supply system also has an in-system switch which is disposed in the second power feeding path between a junction of the second power feeding path and the connecting path and the second power supply. When it is determined that a malfunction has occurred in the second system in a condition where the system-to-system switch and the in-system switch are closed, the system-to-system switch is opened. The power supply system controls an opening-closing operation of the in-system switch when the system-to-system switch is opened, thereby limiting flow of electrical current from the second power supply to the second system and prevents voltages applied to the system-to-system switch from undesirably dropping due to a surge voltage developed in the second system which arise from the limitation of flow of the electrical current.
