    摘要： Systems and methods are described herein for dynamic random access memory (DRAM) devices. In one aspect, a plurality of DRAM cells forms a stacked structure. Individual DRAM cells may include a substantially planar capacitive element formed of two substantially planar electrodes separated by an insulating layer. Individual DRAM cells may also include a transistor in communication with and substantially planar to the capacitive element, and a word line, which activates the access gate of the transistor when a voltage is applied to the access gate, formed proximate to and substantially parallel with the capacitive element. Individual DRAM cells may share at least one data line, oriented in a vertical direction relative to the stacked structure, that is in communication with capacitive elements through the access gate of individual DRAM cells and is operable to store and access charge stored in individual capacitive elements of individual DRAM cells.

    摘要： Systems and methods are described herein for electron-beam lithography. In some aspects, a photo electron emitter and channel array assembly (PEECAA) may include a photo-electron emitting cathode having a uniform planar surface and an array of beam channels proximate to the cathode. In some cases, at least one of the cathode or the array of beam channels is removable from the PEECAA. The array of beam channels may include a grid of apertures, a plurality of beam channels, and a shared lens array including a plurality of lenses proximate to an exit of the plurality of beam channels. Individual apertures of the grid of apertures align with individual beam channels to allow electrons from the cathode to pass through the array of beam channels and the shared lens array to form a pixelated pattern, such that, upon exposure to the target, the pixelated pattern is permanently formed on the target.

    摘要： One or more pellicles protect a cathode, the pellicles comprised of a thin layer of material that allows electrons to pass while preventing contamination of the cathode from elements originating beyond the pellicle or contamination of an outside apparatus from elements originating on or near the cathode. The pellicle can be supported by an insulator, the insulator in turn supported by a deflecting layer. The pellicle can be maintained at a positive voltage relative to the cathode, such that a voltage gradient is created between the cathode and the pellicle that accelerates electrons emitted by the cathode away from the cathode. The pellicle is located at an appropriate distance from the cathode to allow electron transmission matching the energy of the electrons at that distance.

    摘要： A technique for reducing a prototype database for use with handwriting recognizers. The prototype database is divided into multiple spaces and the effect on the error rate for removing each prototype is identified. All prototypes that contribute to the error rate are removed. If further prototype database reduction is desired, the technique identifies and removes one or more prototypes that have the least adverse effect on the error rate across all spaces. The technique continues removing prototypes in this manner until a desired prototype database size has been achieved.

    摘要： An adjustable height seat for a wheelchair has a seat supported on a telescoping support. The seat rises and lowers in response to repositioning of the user's body weight on the seat. A spring normally urges the seat towards an elevated condition. The seat is depressed when the user's body assumes a relatively reclined position to overcome upward urging of the spring. Conversely, the seat rises when the user's body weight is partially rested on a ground surface allowing the spring to lift the seated user's remaining body weight. The telescoping support is frictionally arrested in a generally upright or forward leaning position of the seated user. The adjustable height seat can be installed in a wheelchair frame either permanently or interchangeably with a conventional wheelchair seat.
