Abstract: A control device for a gearbox which includes a mechanical pump and an electric pump, the control device including a sensor module configured to detect a system oil pressure of a lubricating oil of the gearbox, a differential, a clutch, a brake, and a control module. The differential includes an input bevel gear meshing with a bevel pinion of an output shaft of the gearbox, a differential housing connected to the input bevel gear, and a first half shaft and a second half shaft which are provided in the differential housing and mesh with a bevel pinion of the differential housing. The second half shaft is connected to an input of the mechanical pump. The brake includes a brake caliper, a brake disc, and a brake disc shaft fixedly connected to the brake disc. The brake disc shaft is fixedly connected to the first half shaft.

Abstract: A differential assembly including a differential housing supporting at least a first shaft having a first gearwheel, the differential housing designed to be connected to a lubricant supply, and a rolling bearing for mounting the first shaft. A cover is fixed to the differential housing and fixes the rolling bearing to the differential housing. A circumferential first lubricant channel is formed in the differential housing on a first side of the rolling bearing. A circumferential second lubricant channel is formed between the cover and the rolling bearing on a second side of the rolling bearing. An inner third lubricant channel is formed in the differential housing and extends from the second lubricant channel within a wall of the differential housing as far as an inner side of the differential housing.

Abstract: A vehicle driveline component with a ball-ramp mechanism that includes a first ball-ramp ring, a second ball-ramp ring and a plurality of balls. Each of the first and second ball-ramp rings have a plurality of ball supports that define ball tracks that receive the balls. Each of the ball supports has a first radial width at a first location and a second radial width at a second location. The first and second widths are different to minimize the amount of material that forms the first and second ball-ramp rings.

Abstract: A four-mode dual-motor coupled electric drive axle, including a primary drive motor, an auxiliary drive motor, a reducer, a torque vectoring (TV) coupler, a power coupling differential, a housing, and a power output mechanism. The TV coupler is switchable among disconnected mode, TV mode, and reducer mode by controlling a first clutch and a second clutch. The power coupling differential is switchable between torque coupling mode and speed coupling mode by controlling a third clutch. The electric drive axle is switchable among single-motor drive mode, TV drive mode, dual-motor torque coupling drive mode, and dual-motor speed coupling drive mode by controlling the TV coupler and the power coupling differential.

The IAD further includes a supply lubrication passage that comprises an inlet that receives a lubricant from an enclosure surrounding an input gear of an axle differential and a first outlet flowing the lubricant to a gear coupled to the clutch pack.
