    摘要： A cutting tool includes a cutting body and a connecting structure configured to support the cutting body. The cutting body can include teeth positioned circumferentially around and extending outwardly from the cutting body. The connecting structure can include a drive shaft for drivingly connecting the cutting tool to a power tool. The connecting structure can also include a connecting plate and a locking member for securing the cutting body to the connecting structure. In some embodiments, the locking member is movable relative to the drive shaft between a locked position, in which the locking member secures the cutting body to the connecting structure, and an unlocked position, in which the cutting body is removable from the connecting structure.

    摘要： A power tool includes a shaft rotatable about an axis and configured to drive a tool element, a motor armature, a first field coil, and a second field coil. First and second symmetrical stack parts each include a pole piece that is configured to receive respective first and second field coils. The first field coil is coupled to the pole piece of the first stack part such that portions of the first field coil extend past pole tips of the first stack part, and the second field coil is coupled to the pole piece of the second stack part such that portions of the second field coil extend past pole tips of the second stack part. The first stack part is coupled to the second stack part such that the first stack part and the second stack part together define an aperture that surrounds the shaft axis.

    摘要： A router including a base for supporting the router on a work piece surface, a motor housing supported by the base, and a motor supported by the housing and operable to drive a tool element. The router also includes a hand grip attachable to one of the base and the housing. The hand grip may be contoured to fit a hand of an operator and may be at least partially formed of an elastomeric material. The router may also include a fixing assembly for fixing the housing in a position relative to the base, the fixing assembly including a clamping member for applying a clamping force to the housing to fix the housing in a position relative to the base, and an actuator for moving the clamping member. The router may also include an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the position of the housing relative to the base, the adjustment mechanism including a coarse adjustment assembly for making relatively large changes in the position of the housing, and a fine adjustment assembly for making relatively small changes to the position of the housing. The adjustment mechanism may be operated when the router is supported in an inverted position below a work table. A router case having a removable molded base plate may be provided to support the router on a surface.

A one-piece trace or spider terminal member assembly provides points of connection for the motor components, such as the field windings, the brushes and the switch. To assemble the motor, the terminal member assembly is positioned in the motor housing. To mount the terminal member assembly, the terminal member assembly is preferably co-molded with the housing or, alternatively, may snap-fit into connectors formed on the housing. The terminal member assembly and the housing are then preferably punched or stamped at points to provide the necessary number of electrically separated contact elements to connect the components of the motor. For example, the female ends or terminals of the field windings, the brushes and the switch are connected to the electrically separated contact elements to provide a suitable complete electrical circuit for the motor. Non-conducting members are positioned between adjacent ones of the electrically separated contact elements.
