摘要： A system and method for maintaining a running list of a plurality of travel articles that are packed in one or more travel containers. A transponder having a unique locator tag is disposed on each travel article that is packed. A current packing distribution list is stored in memory and generated by a tracking controller, which utilizes (i) information relating to one or more packed travel articles and (ii) an identification of the travel container(s) in which the travel article(s) is/are packed. Moreover, the current packing distribution list is updated depending on whether the packed travel articles have been added to or removed from a particular travel container. If the current packing distribution list is determined to be optimizable, an optimized packing distribution list is generated and serves as the new current packing distribution list. The current packing distribution list is stored and displayed.

摘要： A system and method for locating one or more travel articles for packing, out of a plurality of travel articles. A transponder having a unique locator tag is disposed on each travel article that can be potentially selected for packing. A user or computer selects one or more travel articles for packing using an article tracking unit. Article tracking unit communicates a ping signal to a transponder that is associated with a selected travel article for packing. Upon receipt of the ping signal, a transponder controller activates an indicator, such as an aural or visual cue. The activated indicator assists a user in locating the travel article that is associated with the activated indicator. Once the selected travel article for packing is located and packed in a travel container, the indicator is deactivated.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, an image display manager generates a collection of signals for displaying a desired color scheme among a collection of color schemes on a display device covering a weapon, in response to receiving an input to a weapon. At least a first color scheme among the collection of color schemes enhances the weapon's visibility and at least a second color scheme among the collection of color schemes reduces the weapon's visibility. In response to receiving the collection of signals, the image display manager displays the desire color scheme on the display according to the collection of signals.

摘要： Counterfeit electronic devices are detected by comparing a thermal profile of the counterfeit device and an authentic device under predetermined operating conditions. A thermal profile for an authentic electronic device is recorded executing an instruction set over time, such as with static infrared images at predetermined times, video infrared images over a predetermined time period or temperature measurements made at predetermined locations of the electronic device. In one embodiment, a thermal profile indicates that a processor device has been used in the place of a field programmable grid array device. In an alternative embodiment, an electromagnetic profile is detected instead of or in addition to the thermal profile. The electromagnetic profile of an authentic device is used to create an expected profile for comparison with an electromagnetic profile of electronic devices under test.

摘要： Transactions with respect to database operations are fingerprinted by associating transaction identifiers with logged information about those database operations. An SQL query is obtained prior to its evaluation by a database engine. A transaction identifier to be associated with the SQL query is also obtained. The SQL query is then modified to generate a modified SQL query, wherein the modified SQL query includes a WHERE clause that contains an expression that always evaluates to a logical true value, and wherein the expression contains the transaction identifier. The modified SQL query is then sent to the database engine for evaluation within the data processing system. When the processing of the modified SQL query is logged with a copy of the modified SQL query, the logged information contains a copy of the transaction identifier.
