摘要: Adhesive compositions, micro-fluid ejection devices, and methods for attaching micro-fluid ejection heads to devices. One such adhesive composition is provided for use in attaching a micro-fluid ejection head to a device, such as to reduce chip bowing and/or to decrease chip fragility upon curing of the adhesive. Such an exemplary composition may include one having from about 50.0 to about 95.0 percent by weight of at least one cross-linkable resin selected from the group consisting of epoxy resins, siloxane resins, urethane resins, and functionalized olefin resins; from about 0.1 to about 25.0 percent by weight of at least one thermal curative agent; and from about 0.0 to about 30.0 percent by weight filler, and exhibit a relatively low shear modulus upon curing (e.g., less than about 10.0 MPa at 25° C.).

摘要: Environmentally friendly thick film layers for a micro-fluid ejection head and micro-fluid ejection heads are disclosed. The environmentally friendly thick film layer includes a negative photoresist layer derived from a composition comprising a multi-functional epoxy compound, a low molecular weight polymeric difunctional epoxy compound, a monomeric difunctional epoxy compound, a methide-based photoacid generator that does not contain antimony, a chromophore and an aryl ketone solvent. Optionally the photoresist layer contains an adhesion enhancer. The negative photoresist layer is environmentally friendly and provides good resolution, well defined critical dimensions, straight side walls, and a large processing window.

摘要: Micro-fluid ejection head structures, methods of making micro-fluid ejection head structures having improved operability, and methods for improving the durability of micro-fluid ejection head structures are provided. One such micro-fluid ejection head structure includes a micro-fluid ejection head having a substrate and nozzle plate assembly adhesively attached adjacent to a substrate support using a substrate adhesive. The nozzle plate is adhesively attached adjacent to the substrate with a nozzle plate adhesive. A thermally, UV or other cure mechanism encapsulant material is attached adjacent to the ejection head and substrate support. Each of the substrate adhesive, and the encapsulant material, after curing, have a Young's modulus of less than about 2000 MPa, a shear modulus at 25° C. of less than about 15 MPa, and a glass transition temperature of less than about 90° C.

摘要: Controlling the formation of crystalline hydrates in various fluid systems, most notably, gas and oil transmission pipeline systems by contacting the systems with certain polymers or polymers associated with solid particles. The polymers useful are chelating polymers capable of interacting with charged gaseous molecules such as carbon dioxide, by removing the carbon dioxide, or more practically by scavenging for the carbon dioxide, to prevent the methane or ethane hydrate structures from forming since they require carbon dioxide to stabilize their structures.

摘要: Titled “Graham Power, A New Method of Generating Power” inventor David Graham. Graham power is a power plant. In its simplest form, it is an air conditioning/refrigerant system which also produces power. This is accomplished by adding a turbine to an air-conditioning system. The evaporation process extract heat from the air and the turbine converts that heat into power. In fact it is a power generating system. Graham Power recycles the very fuel that it uses. Graham Power does not consume fuel nor does it release CO2 gas to the environment. It simply draws heat from the surrounding air and transforms it into useful power. In the process of extracting heat from the environment it cools the air. This cooling effect is beneficial to the atmosphere which is currently overheating.

摘要: Herein is disclosed a floor grinder. The apparatus includes a self propelled vehicle having a driver seat mounted on a top portion and facing a front end of the vehicle and a steering mechanism mounted adjacent the driver seat. Three separate grinders are releasably attached to the vehicle by three elongated mounting arms which position the three grinders adjacent each other in front of the vehicle. One of the grinders is positioned directly in front of the vehicle slightly forward of the remaining grinders. The remaining grinders are position to the left and right of the forward grinder by their mounting arms which mount to a left and right side of the vehicle, respectively. Each of the mounting arms are pivotally coupled to the vehicle to permit the mounting arms to pivot up and down relative to the vehicle.

Also provided are methods of labeling a virus, such as human immunodeficiency virus, with an azide-modified biomolecule, such as a fatty acid, a carbohydrate, or an isoprenoid lipid. Also, provided are methods of tracking a virus in vivo, with an azide-modified biomolecule, such as a fatty acid, a carbohydrate, or an isoprenoid lipid. The azide-modified biomolecules may be combined with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient to produce a pharmaceutical composition, optionally containing another anti-viral agent and/or a delivery agent, such as a liposome.
