摘要： A system can include a prosthetic heart valve having a commissure post configured to receive a first portion of a fiber and a suture support configured to engage with the prosthetic heart valve. The suture support can include a first portion to interface with an inflow side of the prosthetic heart valve and a fiber holding portion to receive a second portion of the fiber. A second portion of the suture support can be coupled to the first portion of the suture guard and be movable inwardly toward the first portion of the suture guard to transform the fiber from a non-tensioned state to a tensioned state. The fiber in the tensioned state can cause the commissure post to bend inward toward a longitudinal axis of the prosthetic heart valve.

摘要： A covering for a prosthetic valve comprises a first portion configured to couple to an outflow side of a prosthetic valve and a second portion configured to couple to an inflow side of the prosthetic valve. The first portion is annular in shape and has a first edge alternating between one or more first tips and one or more first valleys. The second portion is also annular in shape and has a second edge alternating between one or more second tips and one or more second valleys. The one or more second tips are configured to couple to the one or more first tips to at least partially cover posts of the prosthetic valve. The one or more second tips have a tapered form.

摘要： Described embodiments are directed toward centrally-opening leaflet prosthetic valve devices having a leaflet frame and a mechanically coupled leaflet. The described leaflet frames have projections that are configured to couple with a leaflet attachment region of a leaflet. Some embodiments include a leaflet retention feature that engages the leaflet frame projections and operates to secure the leaflet to the leaflet frame. Methods of making and using such prosthetic valve devices are also described.

The prosthetic valve can further include a leaflet support structure, one or more leaflets secured to the leaflet support structure, and a retention structure configured to hold the leaflet support structure in a fixed position relative to the outer frame when the leaflet structure is disposed at least partially within the outer frame lumen in a deployed configuration of the prosthetic valve.
