摘要: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for encoding and decoding a video image based on transform. The method for decoding a video includes: determining a transform mode of a current block; inverse-transforming residual data of the current block according to the transform mode of the current block; and rearranging the inverse-transformed residual data of the current block according to the transform mode of the current block, wherein the transform mode includes at least one of SDST (Shuffling Discrete Sine Transform), SDCT (Shuffling Discrete cosine Transform), DST (Discrete Sine Transform) or DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform).

To this end, the method for decoding a video may include: generating a merge candidate list of a current block including at least one merge candidate corresponding to each of a plurality of reference picture lists; determining at least one piece of motion information by using the merge candidate list; and generating a prediction block of the current block by using the determined at least one piece of motion information.

摘要: An image encoding/decoding method and apparatus for performing intra prediction are provided. An image decoding method of the present invention comprises deriving an intra-prediction mode for a current block, determining whether or not a left boundary or an upper boundary of the current block is a boundary of a predetermined image region, configuring a reference sample by using at least one reconstructed sample included in at least one reconstructed sample line adjacent to the current block based on the determination result, and performing intra-prediction for the current block based on the intra-prediction mode and the reference sample.

摘要: An image encoding/decoding method and apparatus are provided. An image decoding method of the present invention comprises decoding first information indicating whether a maximum of N intra prediction modes are used or a maximum of M intra prediction modes are used for an intra prediction for a current block, in which the M is smaller than the N, deriving an intra prediction mode of the current block, inverse-mapping the derived intra prediction mode on a corresponding intra prediction mode among the maximum N intra prediction modes when the decoded first information indicates that the maximum M intra prediction modes are used for the intra prediction for the current block, and generating an intra prediction block by performing an intra prediction for the current block, based on the inverse-mapped intra prediction mode.

摘要: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for encoding/decoding an image and for adjusting a reconstructed pixel by scaling an offset of an in-loop filter having a scaled offset value. The method includes: obtaining information of a scale default value of a current block from a bitstream; obtaining offset parameter merge information of the current block from the bitstream; obtaining the offset parameter of the current block on the basis of the offset parameter merge information; determining whether a scale residual value of the current block is obtained from the bitstream on the basis of the offset parameter merge information; obtaining a scale value on the basis of the scale default value and the scale residual value; scaling an offset on the basis of the offset parameter and the scale value; and adjusting a pixel value of the current block on the basis of the scaled offset.
