摘要: A plastic ferrule including a centering section having a tubular body. The tubular body is provided with an outer-circumferential centering reference surface and a center axis of the centering reference surface. The centering section includes a resinous outer tube part having the outer-circumferential centering reference surface and provided, along the center axis, with a coated-fiber holding bore for securely accommodating a coated optical fiber and a fixing bore extending from the coated-fiber holding bore, the outer tube part forming a tubular wall with a generally uniform thickness as a whole. The centering section also includes an inner tube part fixed to the fixing bore of the outer tube part and provided along the center axis with an uncoated-fiber holding bore, communicating with the coated-fiber holding bore, for securely accommodating an uncoated optical fiber.

摘要: A connector is disclosed that includes a housing and a module assembly disposed inside the housing. The module assembly includes a semiconductor element, a light receiving element, a light emitting element, a positioning plate in which a positioning hole is formed, a three-dimensional optical path component mounted on the positioning plate, and a printed circuit board on which the semiconductor element and the positioning plate are mounted. The three-dimensional optical path component includes a positioning pin and a projection. The light receiving element and the light emitting element are mounted on the positioning plate. The three-dimensional optical path component is positioned such that the positioning pin of the three-dimensional optical path component is fitted in the positioning hole formed in the positioning plate and the projection of the three-dimensional optical path component abuts an upper face of the positioning plate.

摘要: A connector for differential transmission is disclosed. The connector includes a connector housing, a connector main body attached thereto, and a photoelectric conversion module provided to the connector housing to be electrically connected to the connector main body. The connector main body includes a differential transmission electric connector part connectable to the connector of an apparatus. Ground contact members and signal contact pairs each including first and second signal contact members are arranged alternately in the connector main body. The photoelectric conversion module includes a photoelectric conversion part and an optical fiber cable connector part to which an optical fiber cable is connectable. The differential transmission electric connector part and the optical fiber cable connector part are provided to the opposite ends of the connector housing.

摘要: A contact module includes: a strip base; and a plurality of first and second protrusions continuously extending from the first and second ends of the base, respectively. The second end is opposite to the first end. The first and second protrusions include the same materials as the base. Each of the first and second protrusions includes first and second contact portions, respectively. The base includes a sheet made of a metal material, an insulating film formed on at least one side of the sheet, and a film including a noble metal material formed on the insulating film. The film forms the first and second contact portions and circuit patterns. The circuit patterns are formed between the first and second contact portions. The first and second contact portions and the circuit patterns integrally form a plurality of contacts. Each of the contacts includes one of the first contact portions, a corresponding one of the second contact portions, and the circuit pattern therebetween.

摘要: A new connector that is reduced in size and has a higher density of contacts implemented therein is provided. This connector has a contact module arranged on a connector main body. The contact module is formed into a sheet structure, and a plurality of contacts are arranged therein. Further, the contact module is bent into a C-shaped structure along the extending direction of the contacts, and is implemented to the connector main body in this state. Contact points of the connector are energized by sets of a coil spring and two push pins arranged on both sides of the coil spring so that these contact points protrude from holes formed at the connector main body.

摘要: In a power supply monitoring device, a power supply voltage monitoring portion always monitors a power supply voltage supplied to a monitored circuit and outputs a voltage reduction signal when detecting that the power supply voltage is reduced below a predetermined threshold (e.g. a second voltage higher than a voltage guaranteeing a normal operation of the monitored circuit and lower than a rated voltage). A monitoring controller having received the voltage reduction signal determines whether or not an operational malfunction has occurred in the monitored circuit by comparing operation data of the monitored circuit with reference data of the monitoring controller itself. Also, the monitoring controller executes recovery processing (reset processing or reference data overwrite processing) suitable for the monitored circuit referring to a prestored recovery processing type specific to the monitored circuit when detecting an operational malfunction of the monitored circuit.
