Abstract:
Disclosed are a system and a method for controlling a vehicle at an intersection, and more particularly, disclosed is a technology that can efficiently control a start time of a vehicle that is waiting for a signal at an intersection. The system includes: a simultaneous starting group designating unit which designates vehicles of a simultaneous starting group, which are capable of starting simultaneously, among waiting vehicles when receiving an intersection entering state message from vehicles; a session key generating unit generating a session key for the simultaneous starting group; a message generating unit which generates a start request message for the simultaneous starting group; and a control unit which receives the intersection entering state message and transmits the session key and the start request message to the vehicles corresponding to the simultaneous starting group.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vessel traffic service system and a method for extracting accident data, and more particularly, to a technique that search and extracts possible event traffic data automatically from data of a concerned area without knowing exact time when a marine accident occurs. The vessel traffic service system includes: an input unit receiving conditional information for extracting accident occurrence data from a user; a storage unit storing at least one of an automatic identification system (AIS) signal, a radar signal, and a camera image signal; and a control unit extracting an event occurrence part from at least one of the AIS signal, the radar signal, and the camera image signal of a point and a time at which an accident occurs in accordance with the conditional information to generate an accident candidate list.
Abstract:
The traffic control method according to the present invention includes obtaining radar information on a target from at least one radar; obtaining AIS information of the target from an AIS (automatic identification system) of the target; detecting GPS jamming; and fusing the radar information and the AIS information. The fusing selectively fuses the AIS information depending on whether the GPS jamming occurs in the position of the target as a result of the detection.
Abstract:
An apparatus for analyzing and handling heterogeneous navigation data includes an evidence collection unit that collects evidence material relating to an accident; an evidence data analysis unit that verifies the integrity of the collected evidence material, and if the collected evidence material is collected from a plurality of manufacturers' equipment models, restores navigation data by analyzing evidence data relating to the collected evidence material; an integrated navigation data handling unit that generates an evidence-based integrated navigation pattern for different forms of navigation data, including original information, information on relevance to the original information, and an evidential material for extraction to be used as evidence, and stores the integrated navigation pattern in a standard format; and an accident reconstruction analysis management unit that simultaneously presents multiple pieces of heterogeneous data by layering the integrated navigation pattern, and reconstructs and analyzes the accident for each time slot of each track.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a system and a method for monitoring vessel traffic information. The system for monitoring vessel traffic information includes: an interlock device configure to adjust identification information of a wireless terminal included in a received message to correspond to an identification system of auto identification system (AIS) message and convert the received message into a AIS message type, when receiving a message including ship information from a wireless terminal of a ship located in at least one ship network; a merging device configure to merge the ship information included in the converted AIS message with radar image information; and a monitoring device configure to display merged monitoring information on a monitoring screen.
