摘要： The present invention relates to a plenoptic cloud generation method, the method of generating a plenoptic point cloud according to one embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises, obtaining a two-dimensional (2D) image for each view and depth information obtained from a plurality of cameras, determining a method of generating a plenoptic point cloud and generating the plenoptic point cloud by applying the determined method of generating the plenoptic point cloud to at least one of the 2D image for each view or the depth information, wherein the method of generating the plenoptic point cloud includes at least one of a simultaneous generation method of the point cloud and a sequential generation method of the point cloud.

摘要： The present invention provides a method and apparatus for encoding/decoding an image to enhance inter prediction. According to the present invention, the method includes: determining a first reference picture and a second reference picture of a current block; determining both a first reference block in the first reference picture and a second reference block in the second reference picture; partitioning the current block into a plurality of sub blocks; and obtaining a prediction block of each of the sub blocks on the basis of reference candidate block index information of each of the sub blocks.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an image encoding/decoding method. The image decoding method includes a step of comparing block vector information included in a history-based candidate list with a block vector of a neighboring block used as an intra block copy (IBC) block vector candidate for IBC prediction of a current block, and a step of adding the block vector information included in the history-based candidate list to an IBC block vector candidate list based on the comparing. The step of comparing is performed only with respect to a candidate lastly included in the history-based candidate list.

An image decoding method according to the present invention may comprise deriving a candidate list for inter-prediction of a current block, deriving motion information of the current block by using the candidate list, deriving a cumulative coding information candidate by using the motion information of the current block, inserting the derived cumulative coding information candidate into a cumulative coding information candidate list and updating the candidate list by using the cumulative coding information candidate list, wherein the updated candidate list is used for inter-prediction of a block to be decoded after the current block.

摘要： The present invention relates to image processing, and more particularly, to a video coding/decoding method using a clipped motion vector and an apparatus thereof. An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method of decoding an image. The method includes clipping a motion vector of a reference picture in a predetermined dynamic range to generate a clipped motion vector, storing the clipped motion vector in a buffer, deriving a motion vector of a coding treeblock using the motion vector stored in the buffer, and performing inter prediction decoding process using the motion vector of the coding treeblock. According to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a size of a memory required for storing motion vectors may be reduced.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a method of decoding an image including deriving intra prediction mode of a current block using an intra prediction mode of a neighbor block adjacent to the current block, constructing a reference sample of the current block, and performing intra prediction with respect to the current block using the intra prediction mode of the current block and the reference sample. The deriving of the intra prediction mode of the current block includes constructing a most probable mode (MPM) list based on whether the intra prediction mode of the current block is a Planar mode.
