    摘要: In a housing for a comminution machine with tools, which are secured to a rotor supported in the housing and which form active wear parts, such as hammers, and an anvil forming a counter tool, as well as inactive wear parts in the form of interchangeable wear plates which are secured to the rotor and also to the inside of the housing, an opening for feeding the material to be comminuted and at least one grate forming another inactive wear part, an ejection door for discharging heavy parts as well as an impact wall segment facing the ejection door and also forming an inactive wear part, and housing sections which are arranged horizontally in at least one plane, wherein at least one of the housing sections can be pivoted outwards about at least one pivot point, there is provided that at least sections of the wear parts are attached to the housing with bolts secured to the respective wear parts and form zones according to the different wear characteristics of the comminution process, so that the wear parts which are more wear-resistant than the other wear parts, are arranged around the rotor on the side walls of the housing, so that the combined characteristic features, such as their arrangement, their shape, their material composition and/or their mutual interaction, provide a matched wear characteristics of the housing and the rotor and approximately uniform maintenance intervals.

    摘要: A method and an installation for operating a system for comminuting scrap material is provided. The installation includes a supply device (1) for the scrap material to be comminuted, and a comminuting machine (2) with at least one motor-driven (2.3) rotor (2.2) which has comminuting tools (2.2.1) and is horizontally positioned in a housing (2.1) and has an ejection door (2.1.1). The inventive installation also includes drive means for controlling the power and for protecting the installation from scrap material which is difficult to comminute or which cannot be comminuted at all, such as coarse, heavy or hard parts. For optimizing the comminuting process, the values of the motor output, of the rotation speed of the rotor, of the temperature of the motor and the motor bearings and/or of the height of the scrap material flow (3) supplied to the comminuting machine (2), are inputted in a controller (4) and used to control/regulate the scrap material supply. Technical means (4.5, 4.6, 4.7) are provided in the region of the housing (2.1) for ejecting coarse, heavy or hard parts.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and to a shearing and compacting press for the production of pressed parts, preferably packages (20) from waste material, especially scrap and sheet clippings. The material used is pre-compacted in a first compacting step. In a second compacting step, the material, which has been pre-compacted to the width of the package, is subjected to intermediate compacting until the height of the package (20) is reached. In a third compacting step, final compacting of the material to the final width or length of the package (20) is carried out. According to the invention, the material is pre-compacted with a continuos force and optionally sheared until the compressor (3.1) reaches its final position. The compressor (3.2) is securely adjusted and guided to its end position on a parallel plane. Subsequently, the compressor (3.3) is guided in a position in which the compressor (3.1) releases the opening of the package chamber (2.3) when the compressor (3.1) is driven back. Finally, the compressor (3.1, 3.2, 3.3) is subjected to a pressure that is lower than the maximum pressure available in the compressors (3.1, 3.2, 3.3) at the beginning of the working and return strokes. The compressor (3.1) is subjected to maximum pressure for shearing and/or the compressors (3.2, 3.3) are supplied with maximum pressure to end pressing.
