    摘要： A coil former with injection-molded encapsulation has a top fitting in which coil wire guides for guiding a coil wire are formed. By virtue of the specific shape and arrangement of the coil wire guides, it is ensured, in particular together with a special design of the housing which surrounds the coil former, that the coil wire is only stressed in its longitudinal direction. As a result, damage or preliminary damage of the coil wire is prevented and reliability is increased.

    摘要： An electromagnetically operated pressure switching valve has a valve housing, a magnet coil arranged inside the valve housing, a magnet core associated with the magnet coil and having a passage for a pressure medium provided with a valve seat, a magnet armature, a valve closing element arranged in the valve housing for controlling a flow of the pressure medium. The magnet armature has a portion extending in the magnet coil to an area of a greater magnetic flux density. The portion of the magnet armature cooperates with the valve seat of the passage and is limited by a ring-shaped circular flange-like edge extending outside of the magnet coil.

The closing plate has a supply projection extending in the recess of the closing plate and receiving the supply passage. The supply projection has an end extending in the magnetic part of the regulator and ending in a sealing seat. The sealing seat cooperates with the armature of the magnetic part for controling the discharge passage.

The sealing element performs in addition to its sealing function for sealing the hydraulic passages from one another and from outside, also a parallel filtering function for preventing the dirt contained in the pressure medium from regulators of the hydraulic unit. Addition to the reduction of components, the sealing element can be mounted automatically and reliably fixed in position. Also, the sealing element can be produced cost-favorably and in any complex shape. Adaptation of the sealing element to the corresponding sealing applications is possible without additional expenses.
