Abstract: An imaging apparatus includes: an imaging apparatus main body for imaging an observation target contained in a container; and a liquid droplet adhesion determination unit that acquires pattern information of liquid droplets adhering to a bottom surface on an outer side of the container based on an image of the observation target imaged by the imaging apparatus main body and determines whether or not the liquid droplets adhere to the bottom surface based on the pattern information. In a case where the liquid droplet adhesion determination unit determines that the liquid droplets adhere to the bottom surface on the outer side of the container, the imaging apparatus main body images the observation target again after performing liquid droplet removal processing.

Abstract: The present invention provides a measurement method, a measurement device, and a program capable of non-destructively measuring a volume of an aqueous solution of a drug in each needle-like recess of a mold with high accuracy. A measurement method according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a measurement wave intensity acquisition step of acquiring, for each needle-like recess, an intensity of a measurement wave transmitted through a drug in a needle-like recess, absorbed by the drug by an amount according to a distance by which the measurement wave is transmitted through the drug, and emitted from the drug; and a volume acquisition step of acquiring a volume for each needle-like recess on the basis of the intensity of the measurement wave for each needle-like recess acquired in the measurement wave intensity acquisition step.

Abstract: In an imaging device, and an operation method and an imaging control program of the imaging device, it is possible to acquire a captured image by suppressing a decrease in image quality caused by droplets attached to a container. Before a heating unit heats a container in which an observation target is housed, and an imaging unit performs main imaging for the observation target housed in the container, a pre-measurement unit measures brightness of light transmitting through or reflected by the container. In a case where a value of the brightness measured by a pre-measurement unit is smaller than a standard value set in advance, the control unit causes the imaging unit to perform the main imaging after droplets attached to the container are removed by increasing a temperature of the container by the heating unit or by keeping the temperature of the container constant by the heating unit.

Abstract: There is provided a measurement system that measures the volume of a drug solution that fills a needle-shaped recess of a mold. A measurement unit of the measurement system measures respective heights of a plurality of measurement points which are stored in a storage unit and are preset on a plane parallel to the mold, in a direction orthogonal to the plane. A surface shape calculation unit calculates a three-dimensional shape of the surface of the drug solution on the basis of the heights of the plurality of measurement points measured by the measurement unit. A volume calculation unit calculates the volume of the drug solution that fills the needle-shaped recess on the basis of the three-dimensional shape of the surface of the drug solution calculated by the surface shape calculation unit and the shape of the needle-shaped recess of the mold.

Abstract: A measurement method measuring a volume of a drug in each needle-shaped recess of a mold includes: acquiring a reference surface height that is a height between a reference surface determined in advance with respect to a first surface on the side on which a drug is filled in the mold or a second surface opposite to the first surface, and the second surface; acquiring a first detection result by detecting a measurement wave emitted from a drug surface according to incidence of the measurement wave on the drug in the needle-shaped recess; detecting a first height between the reference surface and the drug surface; detecting a second height from the second surface to the drug surface based on the reference surface height and the first height; and calculating a volume of the drug based on the second height and a known shape of the needle-shaped recess.

Abstract: Provided are a microneedle array imaging device, a microneedle array imaging method, a microneedle array inspection device, and a microneedle array inspection method which enable inspection of a microneedle array with high accuracy based on an obtained image. A microneedle array 1 is imaged from a side of a surface on which microneedles 2 are arranged by irradiating a surface on a side opposite to the surface on which the microneedles 2 are arranged with parallel light as illumination light. At this time, the surface is irradiated with the illumination light under conditions in which an incident angle α of light onto a bottom surface 2a of the microneedle 2 is 90−θ° or greater and an incident angle β of light onto a side surface 2b of the microneedle 2 is less than a critical angle γ. In this manner, a state in which almost no light is emitted from a tip portion of the microneedle 2 can be generated. As the result, an image in which only the tip portion of the microneedle 2 is dark and other portions, in other words, a base portion of the microneedle 2 and a portion of a sheet 3 are bright can be imaged.
